Military move, failed to provide weight tickets for reimbursement. Has been over three weeks, I keep calling (local and HQ) and they’ll say they’re working on it but nothing happens. Might be the cheapest option but I’ll pay more to ensure that I can get reimbursed next time.

Cheapest price moving from the east coast but quite literally every piece of furniture was damaged. Seems like severe vibration caused the damage? My container was packed using plastic wrap, foam and thick boxes and nearly everything was damaged. My container could have been dropped? It’s hard to tell. Would never use this service ever again regardless of the price…

Prompt, flexible on dates and storage times, extremely courteous and efficient drivers/operators, efficient and clear and flexible dispatch. Great experience.
Only advice: use blankets around all key furniture, due to items shifting and jostling. I didn't wrap mattresses and they definitely got rubbed.

From scheduling to picking up the empty trailer, these folks were the best.
They took pride in making sure we were satisfied and our stuff showing up in tact. You can qlways tell how the service is going to go by the folks on the front line. Their drivers attitude and pride.
The two I had met were very proud of their companies record and service they we're providing.
Upack' s service is well worth it.
Great team, from setup to final pickup.

In general, my experience with U-Pack was pretty good. I booked 17' in a trailer for all our stuff. The truck arrived as planned and I had a moving crew load it with our stuff. I locked the bulkhead in place and they picked it up the trailer promptly. All the ABS drivers I encountered were friendly and professional. I think it was a good value - especially based on the price and the fact that I didn't have to pay for gas or drive a rental truck for 3-4 days... My only small complaint is that the unload truck arrived early on Friday morning and it was completely unloaded and ready to be picked up by 1PM on Friday. While dispatch said they would try to pick it up, they said it could be Monday morning. Well, it was Monday afternoon - so the trailer sat in front of my house empty all weekend. Small complaint.

Excellent customer service. The pod was delivered at the very beginning of the pick up and drop off estimate— no waiting around! The drivers were informed and very courteous and helpful with loading
advise and did not rush us while we asked questions. Really happy we chose this company for our move!

Absolutely safe, on time and secured move. Your personnel in Orlando and Puerto Rico were very professional and friendly and so was everyone in customer service on the phone . My cargo got there even in less time than expected, flawless!! Do it again if ever in need. Thank you.

My daughter is moving from New Mexico to Oregon. The trailer was scheduled to picked up on Jan 25th. No one showed up to pick it up. Rescheduled for Jan 26th. Again no one showed up. She called customer service and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude… stating it wasn’t his problem, he was just there for 4 hours before he was leaving for another location. We based our whole trip around this pick up and drop off dates. This lack of care and customer service will cost us more in the long run. I’m now having to pay double to rebook flights back to New Mexico. 100% do NOT recommend this sad excuse of a company!

I had an excellent experience with U-Pack! The customer service is amazing, I was able to reach them super fast anytime I called with questions, never once had to wait on hold. There was good communication all around. We moved from New Mexico to California, and we used 2 Relo Cubes. All of our belongings were in perfect condition when we got to CA and nothing had moved around or shifted during transit. The price is certainly worth the convenience in my opinion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving cross country and will be utilizing their services for any future moves :)

Highly recommend! We used their cube and it was perfect. They dropped off the cube, we packed it, they picked it up, and delivered it sooner than estimated date. We just had a few items from my mom's estate to get from Michigan to New Mexico. We considered renting a large SUV but this was cheaper, faster and easier than driving cross-country! Would definitely use them again. Better prices than the bigger companies we checked with and so convenient.
