My personal experience was awful. They would not answer their phone all day long, so there was no way of contacting them. I decided to walk in and they offered a good rate, but after leaving my device with them for 2 hours they never called me like they said they would. Once I returned they simply told me their "google services" were "out" so they could not authorize the repair. Waste of my time, which is a shame because they were the only shop in stock with the item I needed repaired. To the review manager -- I already contacted your support center and they couldn't even get in contact with them regarding thanksgiving hours or my issue, so don't even bother reaching out.

Rusty did EVERYTHING it took to find us a solution. I am amazed. He didn’t brush us off when it looked like it was going to be a hard project . He just didn’t give up. Our family has done business here before too. Both times we got everything squared away and it was a pleasant experience .I love knowing everyhing will be taken care of.

I took my iPhone 13 Max Pro for a back glass repair in June. I was told my phone would be ready at a certain time but when I went there I had to wait an additional hour for the adhesive to set. When I got the phone home, there was glue coming out the sides. I wrote a bad review, they called and offered to repair it again for free. At the time I was happy they were going to make it better, so I went back and they replaced the back glass a second time for free. 6 months later the battery has issues. The phone constantly turns on and off on it's own and goes from 0% to 100% charge in minutes. I took it to the Apple store and was told it's likely from the third party repair - that they damaged the battery when pulling off the back glass. I took it back to uBreakiFix and told them what Apple said, which they denied. Long story short, the "cheap" repair is cost me an entire phone. uBreakiFix gives the run around, and denies accountability.

I've never had a better experience at a "phone place" no high pressure sales for anything other than what I came in for. He knew I knew what they had. Only feedback for improvement, and it's not a huge deal. They needed to order a battery and a motherboard. I didn't get notified when the battery was in so I stopped by to check. I DID get a text when the motherboard came in. Notification is handy as I don't live near the store.

I have come in more than once for repairs and have received top-tier, excellent service every time from Pamela who is personable and friendly to everyone who walks into the door. This shop is sure to use OEM parts so it's as if you're getting direct service from Google, Samsung, etc themselves! Highly recommended.

Most inept group of people on the planet! Rude, won't follow through, won't keep promises, won't answer the phone.It's too bad I have to give them even one star! GO ELSEWHERE!

Would give zero stars if possible. Been getting the run around from Tmobile. They sent me to this place who are supposedly the authorized Samsung dealer. The guy made up reasons why my phone was screwed up although I'm sure they are getting many Samsung Z Flip phone screen issues. Now, I have to wait 3 weeks to get my phone fixed by mailing the phone to Samsung. All because some lazy guy at UBreakIFix doesn't want to do his job. Great business model guys!* I would love to call your customer service, but I cannot make a phone call with my defective screen. How about talk to your workers about helping customers out instead. If I ever get my phone back from Samsung, I'll be sure to call you.

I took in my son's Nintendo Switch to be fixed. They immediately knew what was wrong and sent it out to be fixed. In a week or so we were notified that the switch was ready to be picked up. Wonderful experience and everyone that helped was informative and friendly. We also signed up for the monthly service that covers all of our electronics and even cleanings. Overall amazing.

I'm used to IT guys in general being a little rude, but the tech I worked with was very kind and respectful. He fixed my old phone really quickly, and taught me about how to deal with future breakdowns myself. I appreciate that he showed that sort of trust in me. :)

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get my galaxy s22 ultra screen replaced, showed up and they didn't have the part while trying to claim its because samsung can't see their stock even though I didn't make the appointment through Samsung. They said they'd order the part and it would be a week, it's been over a week I have not heard from anyone and haven't been able to get through when I call
