Well.. I was truly disappointed with this place. As a treat my mother and I decided to get haircuts and a style together here. Our hair stylist that we were paired with was Amanda. My mother and I had duel appointments for a simple hair trim/style. We weren't asking for anything crazy special just a trim with noticable layering after 1.5 hours my hair looked exactly the same lol, she spent most of the time just playing with my hair. They also have 0 experience working with blonde color treated hair which was a bummer. She didn't use heat protectant on my fine blonde hair and I could smell burnt hair as she blow dryed it. During my haircut she didn't say one word to me. It was so awkward to say the least.. My mother was next. She wanted the same a trim with layers and hers came out even worse than mine. She has dark naturally curly hair. Again, Very little hair was trimmed! There weren't any noticeable layers, and it was definitely not styled. I'm not sure what the stylist Amanda's deal was but two different hair types and different hair colors on the two of us and both haircuts sucked. Lastly, there are no prices posted so we were stuck paying $75 a piece plus it forces a $20%+ and up tip of the total price. So, we walked out paying almost $200 for haircuts that we weren't happy with or could even notice the difference on. Save your money and go elsewhere. They supposedly have a medi spa next door that's part of the salon and no one was there even though it said open as my mother and I also wanted to do the lip filler injections that day but after the awful hair cuts I'm glad no one was there otherwise we may have wasted our $$$ there was well. Pass on this place! And skip Amanda she has the personality of a wall with paint drying. It was painful and akward sitting in her chair.

Terrible! Racist place. From the moment I walk in. The front corner lady didn't even greet me when I walk in. She decided to keep gossip w another females. 1 minute later she finally acknowledge me. I sat down waited 20mins after my appointment, I decided to walk out when I gentlemen walk in and was seen right away. If your skin isn't pale. Don't go here. They will treat you terrible.

Sadly the service I requested was not what I paid for. I will first and foremost say that my stylist has honestly been awesome, no complaints whatsoever, until this point and I think that's why I'm so disappointed. I've spent $513 in the last 5 weeks to achieve what I hoped for and I ended up with my biggest fear - red hair. My grays had been showing since my appointment so within four weeks of my last color, which I have never historically had to do, I made an appointment to get my hair done again with my stylist Jessica and sent images of the color to ensure (and verify) they could match (so the grays wouldn't be as much of a contrast to the dark brown color I had). They let me know they would get my color and tone lighter and work with this image but couldn't guarantee an exact match to the color I requested, which I was okay with. I was sad when my hair was not only not lighter (as requested) but also had turned red from the color chosen. I should preface, when I first came into the salon I was worried about red tones in my hair, but I was assured by Jessica that would not be a problem and that's why I was so comfortable moving forward. Jess assured me (was very confident) that she knew what to do/ would mix the color with ash when I told her my hair tended toward red tones. I walked away from my appointment that was set to fix the problem in tears (again - red/auburn hair) and was told to use blue shampoo to try and fix it and when I asked to purchase some blue shampoo they said they didn't have any in-stock. I'm honestly just sad and so disappointed because I really like this stylist but there is no plan for remediation other than to use my own product (fortunately I happen to have blue shampoo), wait, and "not stress too much" (yes I was told this after my appointment and before I left the salon). So now before my family photos, and my son's first birthday there is no plan for remediation other than for me to wash my hair and wait.

This salon is the best in town. They have great deals on the best products for your hair and skin.
I recently got injured and could not even wash my own hair. I stopped into the salon and they didn’t bat an eye when I told them my hair was in rough shape because I could not wash it. Everyone at the salon is highly trained and very caring. They made me feel so great as I walked in pretty embarrassed over the situation. I came in looking a mess and left looking and feeling like 1 billion dollars.
