Terrible. They don't have a list of vehicles they are able to work with. You have to make a purchase on a vehicle then they'll know if they can work on it. Sucks because they are the only place in New Mexico. Equipment constantly breaks within first year equipment failed within 3 weeks leaving me stranded. With 5 more breaks within that year total of 10 altogether causing more stress than needed. I now have a legit fear of going anywhere without help because of how many times different controls every where break! Whether it's the seat stuck outside my truck, or the wheel chair lift failing outside the bed of the truck. If there was another place in New Mexico I highly recommend it over this shit show. Poor customer service, poor installation and poor equipment. If I can give zero stars I would. The state should step in on this company on behalf of disabled people around the state.

They are very nice. We bought a vehicle for full price, cash..The a/c went out within two months, not their fault. We went in they just charged they system with freon , it leaked out again..The mechanic should know to do a pressure check for leaks..and that just freon will not fix it..We called back for service..In my past experiences, paying much less with dealership and manufacturers discounts, they have you drop off vehicle and Uber you home.Access united claims being a small shop they cannot afford to do that..But the price of vehicle wasn't any less for less service..Disappointed by service and mechanics knowledge..

Thank goodness for a place like this here in Albuquerque. The staff is very caring and helpful and makes sure things are done correctly. We had a scooter lift installed on one of our vehicles, and they took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. If you have a mobility need, this is the place to call.

Very professional, Andrew is the man! He worked on my six way seat and got it done. Even though he had to fabricate a plate, like I said he's a rock star in my book. Sean is a pleasure to work with also and his wife. Great company I recommend them to anyone who needs things for their vehicle so they can drive.

I was passing through town and the lift in my RV stopped working and for me that means I can’t get out of the RV. So I called them and they were great. The service manager took a look at it and easily fixed it in a few minutes. This could have been quite a problem but they solved it!I wasn’t a customer of theirs, either, but they understood the importance and I felt like a valued customer. Thank you United Access Albuquerque.

Although they are the only place to buy a handicap accessible van in Albuquerque we are willing to trade in our 2010 Chrysler Town and country and they offered us $7000 even though they have a 2010 Dodge Caravan that they’re asking 26,000 our van has less miles than theirs and has more options very disappointed we purchased The van through themTwo years ago for over $26000.00 And for it to lose almost $20,000 in value in two years is amazing to me So how do I known the vehicles that you sell lose $10,000 a year in value I would’ve never recommended you guys to my friends

If you just need parts for your mobility equipment you will pay a huge markup here. In our case it was 350% over what the manufacturer charges. The mobility equipment business is a money making racket. Most manufacturers won't sell directly to a consumer and you are forced to go through these companies. United Access is the only dealer locally for some brands so you are forced to pay whatever they want to charge you. It takes quite a bit of effort but there are other businesses that actually care about their customers & will do what they can to get what you need at a fair price. Not here.
