The fact that they can't tape a box for you is the most asinine policy I've ever heard for a shipping company. Not sure what the workers are there for if they can't help package. No slight on the customer service. The workers are good and this is not on them. The owner/management needs to go to business school. There are so many ways to make this smooth and streamlined, while preventing customers from wasting their time driving there. It's not about the cost of the tape as they claim. If that were so, just add that to your overhead costs.

Been receiving my packages there over a yr. It's been excellent service....
Till these new associates u Der the manager.
Since the 25th we've been asking about a package we ordered. Associates told us, more then once, that they never received it. Finally went online to track it after se eral attempts. And it went to the Post office I went 3 times to the post office, they kept telling me, it was delivered.
Once again this morning stopped a the post office. The associates there gave a print out of signatures from the mailman the delivered it and the associate at the UPS Store. Now they want to. Charge me late fees, when the associates I spoke with told they didn't have the package. Didn't e even try to search for it.
The person that signed to receive the package should pay the package. I would ask the owner to ask future employees about shipping, receiving, and handling packages, realize that these associate our in customer service, its about helping the paying customer and being lazy, because they don't want to take the time to search for info for a customer.

They charged me $4.05 to print a prepaid shipping label for a return item. Makes no sense. $3.50 for computer time -- I didn't touch a computer, the employee used the terminal at the checkout counter. Obviously this business is trying to scam its patrons.

None of this required high-quality materials or expert labor. It was a cheap sheet of paper, and required extremely basic labor.

Took 10 days to process a package return to Amazon. Followed the Amazon return kiosk instructions, and a receipt, lead to them telling me I did the process incorrectly, then 30 minutes later they had found the package and it was processed without issue.

Called and confirmed I was able to take a passport photo there. The woman I spoke to said everything is great, gave me pricing and told me to head in whenever I could. Once I arrived, the man at the front said is wasn’t trained in how to use it and I’d have to go somewhere else. He wouldn’t look at me when he spoke and when I asked which location also takes passport photos he said I could call and ask.

BEWARE
Franchise owner will make his staff not check in packages on time so he can charge them extra holding fees. Was well aware I would have to pay $5 fee to pick up on day of arrival which I was there to do. But they refused to give me my package saying it was not checked in and then charged me for two days when I picked it up the next day.

If half a star were possible, that’s all I would give! Talk about dropping a Ball! My company relays on this location to serve our clients that was a big mistake! Not only do they not communicate to you when they are clearly are not doing their job but they won’t take your phone calls to discuss the issue! I am beyond disappointed!

San Mateo and Lomas is my go-to UPS store, close to work and close to home. I am always greeted when going in and the new 'do it yourself' return kiosk is great. This is a great store to get and do all your shipping needs.

This UPS Store is great — super easy to work with and the employees are always kind, professional, and helpful. Even when there’s a line, you can tell everyone is working hard and handling things as quickly as they can.
Yeah, sometimes you’ll wait, but that’s just the nature of the process — not the fault of the staff. They’re absolutely fantastic here.
Highly recommend this location.
