This is the second time I have gone into this location and the employees look at you like I'm bothering them. Then they look at you like you aren't speaking English and proceed to answer your questions like they're your 16 year old teenager like they don't want to be bothered. This is literally down the street from my house but I will drive miles down the road for better customer service or even at least a smile and hello...jeezus!

I have been coming to the UPS store for the past couple years I have always received great service from all employees. I do want to give extra credit to Eric Molina he has always helped me with my heavy packages, has always greeted me with a smile, and goes above and beyond to help me with any other packaging questions I may have.

Eric Molina at store 2210 had an emotional outburst as soon as I walked in and asked for help. I came in with two separate packages and as I was asking him about repackaging he immediately started yelling at his coworkers to come and relieve him because he didn't want to help me or even explain what he needed to do. He shouldn't be having emotional outbursts towards customers. Then as I am writing this in my car he's trying to intimidate by looking in a mena ing manner towards me. As a woman, men like Eric are dangerous and emotionally intelligent and give me every reason to not come back here.

First visit to this UPS Store. The employee greeted me, and was very helpful. And I was in and out in a timely manner. He looked busy but appeared to have everything well under control. Good visit...I'll definitely use this location again.
