UPS has gown way downhill over the last few years: packages are frequently misdelivered or delivered to a customer center or UPS store when it should have been delivered to a home address (they don't even try any more to take it to the home they were paid to to ship it to). Then, you have to play detective and figure out where the package went since they cant leave an attempted delivery sticker when they never attempted to deliver it in the first place. They are truly the worst. Based on UPS' customer service, I hope Amazon and Fed Ex eats their lunch and UPS goes (deservedly) bankrupt.

I ordered three packages from target. And UPS claims they delivered these items to my door. I actually got a proof of delivery notification. When I tried to call any 800 numbers for Help all I get are virtual agents that help me with nothing. You cannot talk to a live human being. Apparently the tracking number they gave is wrong and I am left as the customer to search and hunt for these items since they are no longer available from the vendor. What shocks me is UPS was the one carrier I never worried about, and now I don't even want packages delivered by them. Take care of your customers UPS, or you're going to keep getting bad reviews.

Dropped trailer and picked up empty next morning. Someone forgot to clean my trailer and left plastic and 18 pallets racks in it.

What kind of worldwide shipping center closes on the weekends? Driver didn't leave me enough time to meet him down stairs, drove off in a hurry and can't get package until "next business day" stick with fed ex, you'll have the world delivered on time. What a clown show operation.

I love this depot! Super fast in and out for anything you've pre-labled. Love it that they are open until 6pm Monday-Friday. Lots of parking. This place is so much faster than going to a UPS store if all you're doing is dropping off. I'm here several times a week and I've never had an issue!

i live zip code 87120 and i am home all day but ups delivery driver puts packages by front door and never rings my door bell.Again this morning dropped off 2 packages and ran back to his truck. I tried to catch him with no luck.Fed Ex is better

I have had many packages "disappear" from this facility after being delivered to it (Albuquerque), mgmt was nice and not helpful. They need to clean house and get rid of the current management . anything from amazon is at risk of being stolen, I have had 50% of my boxes opened on one end to see what's inside. I know my drivers and thats NOT the problem, they are GREAT! I asked Amazon to send what they can through USPS and FEDEX and currently they are investigating package theft at this location. I dont know who runs this place but they are clueless about what goes on and only post a standard canned reply in response to problems. They need to hire a investigator and get it together soon or get charges filed against them. I ordered a Large 80lb grill and they say its lost. there is no such thing as "Lost" its a excuse instead of saying STOLEN

High value package ( gt $500 I think). Has to be dropped off at this location only. Not kidding - nowhere else in ABQ. UPS does not say this when you print a label online - you are supposed to know. Don't you know that high value shipments are only accepted at 1 location? When I get there, they tell me I need two forms for signature. The two forms did not print out with the shipping label. They do not have the forms, nor can they print them (What?) Go home. Shipping label pdf does not have forms. Forms are not on website. *No one in UPS customer service* has the high value signature shipping forms, after over an hr being switched from rep to rep Get a refund for my $65 shipping form. Print out USPS address form with high value insurance, drop at Post Office, scanned, get receipt. Takes 2 mins, instead of the 2 hrs above. (Imagine the PostOffice not having the forms you need... ever) How often does UPS handle high value shipments???

I used the ups service to deliver a package to a hotel during travel. I paid an excessive amount of money to ensure it arrived on time. It was getting close to the time that the package was due for delivery and I attempted to contact the call center. The operator was extremely rude and when I asked for a supervisor she told me there was no supervisor in the building. When I requested a call back before the time my package was delivered, I was told it was not possible. So I requested her immediate supervisor or any other supervisor and she told me "yeah sure". I was put on hold and then she hung up on me. This is highly inappropriate for business practices and I wish I had written her name down.

You're the worst piece of s*** in the world y'all can never find my address and now you guys charge a $5.99 fee just to keep my package at your store so I can pick it up because you can't find my address which is your fault not mine I wish Amazon would always send my packages via FedEx because UPS is a piece of s*** a** shipping company

I call the Ups number and was on hold for 15 min. The customer service person Didn't speak clear English! I gave her the tracking number 3 times she didn't get it correct ever! So I was put on hold another 10 min. I gave up and called back, waited 15 min. Another non English speaker. But she did better. ups you need costomer service that can speak English ! Also list the big distribution centers Phone Numbers!!! I don't want to go there to look for my package in a Fing pandemic!!!

Really the worst place to go for UPS. The counter staff always open late and demonstrate distain for the customer. Their favorite word is no. They make up their own policies. I'm using FedEx.
