Lady in the front by the name Judy was already giving another customer an attitude when I arrived. I was dropping off 2 prepaid boxes with labels read ( no receipt needed). Told her we were just dropping off and made me wait so she can “check my boxes”. Asks for my account # Then she states i can’t drop off at that location??? what is she even talking about?? She’s a joke and needs more training. I ship out on the daily. She said she could refuse our packages if she wanted too. I ended up leaving and dropping off my boxes at the 12st location with no issues what so ever. I used to come to that place for 5 years straight. Not no more.

If u come here for delivery with your own trailer u have to drop trailer for 8-9 hrsNd they give u back trailer before 4 pm if u drop in morningNo live unloads here

I live in Cedar Crest nm. Your drivers will not leave anything at my house. Fed delivers here all the time. You take it to my local post office. Send email saying you were unable to deliver. Your drivers and service are the worst. Just do your job.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Simply trying to send a sentimental item became a retraumatizing event that resulted in nothing being sent, even though we were prepared to pay over $500 for the overnight delivery. Not only do I not recommend this location but I will also be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau and to the corporate UPS. I hope no one else ever has to go through this again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They were noisy when they didn’t need to be and also wouldn’t ship our box even though we did our research and KNOW FOR A FACT THEY CAN. Rude. Unhelpful. DO NOT GO. Wish I could give 0 stars, but that’s impossible. Y’all need better training.

Showed up 5 min after opening (9:05am), with a box of my own c** in my hand to drop off for shipment. There were about 15-25 employees all just sitting around inside doing nothing. I waved and some of them looked at me but no one opened the door. They just sat there watching me stand at the front door holding a box of my own c*** I finally got fed up because I had to get to my own job and left the box at the door. Very impolite, inattentive, and unpunctual. Very disappointed

This place is anything BUT a customer service center location. They ONLY accept drop-offs with labels already printed and attached. They don’t help you with shipments/packages beyond that whatsoever! They had a wall of at least 5 computers that customers used to be able to use. I was told they are all fire walled now and have no access to the internet anymore. UPS might as well fire everyone and stick a drop-off box there instead. It would be less miserable for everyone that way.

I went to ship a bicycle which I bought a label through a 3rd party company specifically for bike shipping(which buys insurance privately not through ups), which I have done many times before, with coverage of 1000$ or more. I was told I needed some sort of high value sheet to ship the box, and that the system wont let her take it without the sheet. I asked what changed as I received no sheet and have done it before even with the last couple months. I was told by the lady "Nothing changed I've been here 29 and you're lying to me if you say you've done it", also that they cant provide a sheet, cant print a sheet, and that i have to call bikeflights if its not in my receipt. After a couple more rude remarks I left, I never insulted her I had just asked why policy changed. I called bikeflights, they confirmed I do not need a sheet and they insure privately so it has nothing to do with ups. I then went to an access point store and dropped it off. The nice lady there made no comment and just took the box, so I inquired to see and both people at that store said that there is no reason not to take it and nowhere does it ask for a high value sheet.I hope this proud lady of 29 years service to ups can be taught the simple rules and standard of shipping as everyone seems to be aware of. And, if it is too hard to serve customers in a customer service job I suggest looking elsewhere, because most people are not as patient and calm as I was when spoken to that rudely.

I ordered some contacts from 1800 contacts that delivery driver must be new because my apartment complex has a security system that Amazon,FedEx, USPS and .... UPS. There is a mail guy there, for some weird reason that the man at the UPS office tried to avoid Responsibility for the driver stated it's because of security issues we don't leave the package ? I'm like there's a slot the delivery driver coulda used. I paid the extra costs for next day delivery and it took me 2 weeks after contacting 1800contacts did the lady find me the office I could have simply went and got my package. The day I go there as my package was still on the truck and the UPS trucks were all returning to the depot this guy tells me I contacted the driver but he's Taken a lunch ? who takes lunch when they almost off work. If you have UPS package they have a depot on 12 th street. I won't ever use them again.

They make there own hours not open on Saturdays I went there at 11 o'clock on Saturday July 8th locked up, no lights rang bell no one working. I will us FedEx in the future they are there when they say they are open.look at all the reviews you have most are bad, save your lame apology and straighten this place out. If you advertise your open then open it. If not change your hours my time is as valuable as yours.
