I walked in and there were no packaging materials to purchase. I said I needed a box for one of the gifts I was sending. The rep immediately asked if he could unwrap the gifts to see what they were instead of asking me if there was anything “liquid, perishable, flammable etc..” like every other time I’ve shipped something in my life. I said “gifts for my family” and he immediately assumed I was shipping illegal substances. He insisted on wanting the boxes/bags cut open and undo all my wrapping/packaging so he could see each item. I wondered for a second if I was actually in the TSA line instead of my local shipping store. He asked me to type in all the the address info into an ancient computer to print the labels myself even though everything was written on the box. While I began trying to use the computer, he continued to lecture me like I was a criminal about “adult and illicit” items I shouldn’t be shipping because I refused to let a stranger go through my package. Incredibly demeaning and a waste of time. left and used another carrier, please don’t patronize this shop.

UPS is garbage. Entire company is rude and incompetent and liars. I will no longer purchase another item if UPS is the carrier. I've been trying to get my packages for 5 days now and nobody can do their job. How is this company still I'm business?

Absolute garbage!! Two different packages delivered to the wrong address in less than one month!! Neither returned to me. How hard is it to do your job correctly?? Awful.

Will at the desk provided exceptional service when I was unable to be home to sign for a delivery. My delivery driver was also helpful and conscientious about an important package, and I appreciate that, as well.

My package was held here on Monday, when I came to pick it up on Friday, it had been stolen by one of the employees. The desk clerk told me I had to call UPS to report it missing. UPS won’t let me call them. Their telephone system just hangs up on me.

Clerk was a great guy, obviously the original ups driver not so great since I had to drive down here to pick up a package that weighed 30 lbs and the packages that weight 10 lbs from UPS were at my door! ?. Knuckle Heads!!!

I had the best experience with a UPS driver today and unfortunately reporting that was not an option on Your automated phone system. He went above and beyond and I would like a venue to compliment him. You should be very proud to have him as an employee, I thanked him but wanted his employer to recognize his dedication. It is sad that I only had a choice to report a problem, this was exactly the opposite.

I am rating this UPS zero this is the second time they intentionally don't come to my area and try to keep my package beware for these employees they will try to keep your stuff so unprofessional they hire people that don't even know Albuquerque so hilarious. Very unprofessional staff on their 1-800 number will have you jumping around from supervisor to customer care cuz they don't know what they're doing.They ask for your name but can't give theirs what u afraid of! Stupid people everywhere.

UPS is the WORST, and I emphasize worst, delivery service ever! I had a package being delivered today and the UPS driver didn’t even knock on my door or anything. He just left a note and left saying I wasn’t home when I was home. I work for FedEx and I can say without a doubt UPS is terrible. I see now why people and businesses recommend getting their deliveries delivered by FedEx because WE actually do the JOB! DO NOT use UPS as your delivery service, use anyone else but them.

Driver obviously did not want to get out in the rain, labeled my package ( wrong house number) .It's a four (4) plex that sits 30 feet from the street with the right house numbers posted in a perfect viewable spot. Result, I now have to go pick up my shipment that I paid for to have delivered to my residence. Worthless.Google maps works,

Took an Amazon return with a QR code yesterday (01/11/2023 10:37AM). The auto door was open a few inches, no one inside. I pulled the door open, a young man followed me in. No one behind the counter, so I called out. Waited a few and called again. Guy finally came in with an obviously awful attitude. I said 'good morning'-- nothing. He told the young man, "Well close the door!" After fiddling with a hand printed sign, he finally looked up at me, saying nothing. I said I had a return and held up my phone with the code. He rolled his eyes, scanned the code, took the package, plopped it on the counter, got on the computer, printed the label, slapped it on the package, handed me the receipt, looked at the young man and asked he needed. Not a word to me. So rude! This employee has no business working in customer service.

Need more clerks to help at the front desk. Handicap ramp is too steep. Stairs dangerously close when opening the door.
