Just go to the one on San Mateo. They are much more customer oriented there. And before you come back at me, no it’s not because you charged me $15 to pick up my packages. My/amazon’s error has nothing to do with my rating. It took two trips to sort out. No one answered my email or my phone call. When I was in the first time, I had to sign a random post it note. Your staff has zero communication skills. I could go on, but there’s a reason I closed my box here years ago.

Hello there - I was in your store yesterday returning a few things at the Amazon Kiosk. This elderly asian woman probably in her 80's came in and asked if your folks could make 2 copies for her. She had a picture on her phone that she wanted to mail to her grandson. There were 3 of your folks behind the counter. The one bigger girl kept telling her she needed an email that had to be sent to your email in order to print. Again, the customer was 80ish years old. I left and started driving down Menaul when I saw this distraught lady walking down the sidewalk because no one would help her in your store. I made a U-turn pulled on a side street and asked if she had been helped, she said she has no email. Your folks could have showed some kindness. There were ways around the email thing. I am not a techy person but I took a picture of what she wanted and told her to meet me back at your store. I walked in got two color prints and was prepared to pay but the little old lady walked in and had her money ready to pay. Your folks did not apologize or anything. This lady was so grateful to me for just doing the right thing. I am 100% positive your folks could have done the same thing - they all have phones. I get that you probably have processes, but customer service is what keeps your business running and kindness does matter. I can't tell you how bad I felt for this lady - I should have done something when I was first in the store. I had a consious and could not keep driving when I saw the lady so sad and walking down Wyoming. I still get upset when I think of this.

Poor customer service. Today 7/17, listened as one employee spoke very condescendingly to an ESL woman, and the other employee was equally condescending to me. I will avoid this location.

Nathan was the team member that assisted me. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He helped me carry in a very large box.

ups failed to deliver my dog's prescription food three times. Called to pick up and robots told me forty-five minute wait. Requested the call back and a robot called me to say there was an eleven minute wait. An actual human eventually got on the line, but was nearly inaudible. I asked of i could pick up my package and they said it is already being sent back, but i could arrange a pickup for a little extortion fee

I arrived at this establishment on a Saturday afternoon, the vibe inside this facility was not a good one, the lady who serviced me was not very friendly at all, if you’re going to deal with the public then you should be fine with answering questions, not only that it was expensive to ship to California, I will not be going back to this Ups store in the future. To bad I can’t rate this place zero stars. 👎

I had two packages I needed to send. One had to be sent UPS and the other had to be sent via USPS. This UPS location was very convenient and because it was Sunday, not crowded at all. However, because it was Sunday, and these were returns, I needed proof that I had sent the USPS package, but there was no post office open that day.
I happened to mention this as I was dropping off the UPS package. I was so surprised that they were able to accept the other package as well, and they were able to provide a receipt saying that I had dropped it off. The clerk was very helpful and kind. Most importantly, by being able to help me with this package, the UPS store saved me a few hundred dollars on a cell phone I needed to return via USPS by that day. I thought I was familiar with the services UPS store provided, and I have always had good experiences at various locations. however, I learned something new with this experience and I am grateful to the clerk and the store.

I always use this UPS Store because it has a button operated electronic door, so when your arms are full you can still open the door. Associates are friendly and wait times are short. For the most part, parking is available and right in front of the door.

This UPS store is awesome. Nathan and Devin offered great customer service. And it is the cleanest UPS location that I have ever been in.

Terrible service. Employee messed up a shipping order, that cost me much more than it should have. When I talked the store manager about it, she admitted that there was a mistake made but stated that I was at fault for not paying better attention to what the employee was doing. Confused as to what her job is for if I'm supposed to be doing the management as the customer. Poor customer service!

The lady at the counter was very rude. I asked for a sticky note and she seemed irritated that I asked. Then she went on to tell me that I couldn’t return my package there. The other female employee glared at me as I walked out. The male employee just stood there and glared also. The two female employees both said “Have a nice day” when I was leaving. VERY sarcastically!!

The UPS associate was NOT the friendliest. On my Amazon return, she told me that I needed the original box (that I threw away a while ago) . I told her that the Amazon instructions just stated that I needed a box packed and sealed with the return. She printed and handed me my receipt without another word. I tried thanking her, and she ignored me. I wished her a good day, but still received no response. I'm hoping she's not representative of the other UPS associates in that store.
