If you are trying to mail something urgent, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES HERE!! They are not only grossly incompetent, they also falsely promise things they are UNABLE to deliver. They told me that they would be able to get my mail to where it needs to be by the next day, even after the mail has been picked up for the day. Now this is causing me a lot of problems and losing part of my pay from my job because of them.

A great guy help me on July 7th, I needed a digital copy and a hatd copy of a document. I tried all morning got mad. Thought about where to get it done and this UPS store popped in my maps and I'm glad it did. Walked in and he was beyond helpful. He was able to do all that in minutes and made my day. Walked out a happy man. Then get this, I get home and my mother in law asks me if I had envelopes and I said I would be right back. No kidding got back to the store they hooked me up and I got brownie points with the mother in law. Great guy I wish I knew your name, Thank You

I was desperate for copies and I had not been to this location before but I remembered it was here. I received amazing service from the young lady, I forget her name, but she got me everything so quickly and she was so friendly! Also prices were stellar. I had a rather complicated mailing to do including multiple copies that required some time and David M. was SO incredibly helpful and amazing! Not only took the time to make so many copies one by one for me but helped me to find which mailing product would fit my needs. I went back the next day for more copies and I will not go to another location. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! I have another request I'll be sending in shortly as well. Thank you for the wonderful service and the adorable gnomes add such a lovely touch.

My family has used this location to receive all our mail since 2002! We were advised by our local police to use a private mail location as we live on a busy street with mail boxes on the street and easy access for theft. So, we contracted with this office and love the personalized service we receive here. The current store manager, David, has been there many years and the staff that works there is of the highest quality, professional and helpful. While the staff has evolved over the years, the franchise owner (who owns more than this location) hires great people and the store has a relatively slow staff turnover considering the difficulties in finding and keeping good staff. What I love about the service is that all my financial documents are in a safe and secure location until I access them. The store receives and signs for all my online purchases from small to enormous shipments and keeps them stored until I can collect them. They SIGN for all packages and certified mail. We never have to deal with packages stolen from our doorstep nor do we have to depend on neighbors to pick up mail at the house when we travel. They also do an annual, massive shredding of all our tax-related, medical info, and anything else we deem important to protect our identity. The cost per pound for shredding is reasonable and taking it there avoids burning out my little home shredder. I have watched the staff do the packing for others for the most bizarre and difficult objects to pack. They are amazing!!! They are the most pleasant people to interact with and seem to enjoy working together. If I needed a job, I'd put an application at this particular location.

I’ve been using this location for several years. David and his other employees are always great to work with. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my mail.

Horrible place. Employees give your package to other customers. I do not recommend this place. Poor service and really poor customer service. Not worth your money and the manager doesn't care if your inconvenience. Might as well use the regular post office it just as bad. I understand the post office has more customers. This UPS store has become just as disappointing. I don't recommend this place. I suggest go elsewhere, "any where else" if you want your packages.
