Well usually I've had good service there but I went there yesterday to drop something off and one woman was helping a customer on one register and the other one was busy scanning at least 50 boxes to go in one big carton for Amazon returns
So I called the manager the next day and explained to her that I had to wait while she was scanning 50 boxes ,she said usually we do that during the day but we were busy serving customers .I said well I'm a customer and she offered no apology, nothing .
I said well is it going to happen regularly and still she didn't say no .
She told me there were other UPS's with kiosks.
I said well that's not very professional that should be done after you close. I mean it shouldn't be done so that a customer has to wait while she's doing it.
I was not satisfied that the manager did not say I'm sorry that you had to go through that, that won't happen again, she just said we were busy serving customers all day Amazon wants us to check them as they come in not wait to the end but I was also there as a customer.

I’ve been frequenting this location for a couple of years and I’m impressed with how well this team prioritizes customers. They’re efficient with getting quick returns through while they help customers with a more involved order. The staff are calm and helpful. On more than one occasion I’ve noticed that Chris does a great job at organizing the chaos and giving informed recommendations.

I came to this location, and I stood outside watching the worker watch me looking in, and he did not open door. Mind you, they are supposed to close at 5p, and it wasn’t 5p. This occurred Saturday April 27, 2024 and it’s now 4:58pm. They just wanted to close early to get out on time.

I dropped off my Amazon 'Try Before You Buy' return at this location. It was 10 DAYS before my return even made it on a truck. I recommend taking your Amazon returns somewhere else!
