Every member of the staff is amazing! Kiana helped me get into a dress I never thought I would want to try, and it almost fit off the rack. I can't wait to see the alterations; Odalis is wonderful! Thank you for the best buying experience in Albuquerque.

I was so nervous going into trying on wedding dresses but I had nothing to fear because Kiana made me feel so comfortable in my own skin! She made me feel like a Queen! I heard all these horror stories that people had to go to other states to find their dresses. Not me! Kiana knew exactly what I wanted and I said Yes to the dress that day! Uptown Bride is truly a great shop! As a film student at UNM, I reached out to the owner, Stacy, for help with a production, and she was incredibly kind and generous, donating a wedding dress to support our project. It’s clear that Uptown Bride cares deeply about the community and supports local students. If they go above and beyond like this for a student production, I can only imagine how exceptional the experience must be for brides-to-be. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for an off the rack gown and amazing prices. They also have a beautiful selection of dresses you can order. The staff is the best I have ever worked with. They got me into alterations on the same day!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so kind and listened to my wishes. I couldn’t have imagined I would find such a beautiful dress at a low price, as I bought off the rack. They even got me into alterations the same day. I highly suggest to any bride who needs a dress quickly to visit Uptown Bridal. I can’t say enough about the staff and the beautiful dresses they have.

This place is truly incredible! The facility is beautiful, and the dress selection is amazing. I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a bride who’s self-conscious and was extremely nervous walking in, I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out.
Jocelyn was absolutely phenomenal—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. Every single dress I tried on (all 9 or 10 of them!) perfectly matched the vision I had in mind. Jocelyn listened to everything I described and somehow brought it all together even better than I imagined. She truly helped me find my dream dress, and I couldn’t be more excited or grateful!
I would recommend this place a thousand times over, and Jocelyn a hundred thousand times more! Karen is also such a sweet soul and runs a fantastic shop. If you’re looking for a supportive, memorable, and magical bridal experience—this is the place to go!

I had a wonderful experience at Uptown Bride. My bridal consultant was amazing, made me feel very comfortable, and pulled amazing dresses that fit what i was looking for. There was one dress I loved but needed to think on it. At the beginning of the appt, I asked if my consultant could take pics on my phone. She said they take their own pics and then will email them all together after the appointment. Well, I haven’t received my pics. It’s been over a week now. I called to follow up and was told the marketing team sends them out. Anyways, I sort of forgot all of the details of the dress (I’ve looked at a decent amount of dresses). I ended up buying a dress at a bridal boutique up in Denver because I never got anything from Uptown Bride with my pics. It just was a little disappointing I never got the pics and couldn’t really compare. I didn’t feel like calling again to ask for pics. So my advice….take your own pics even if they offer to take them for you. That way you have everything you need when making dress decisions. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend Uptown Bride for Abq brides. I’m sure this isn’t a common issue and i probably just fell through the cracks.

We were looking for my wedding dress in a short timeframe, and our consultant, Kiana, was incredible! She asked about our preferences and style, and impressively, she found the right dress for us right from the first one. Kiana was super helpful and really nice the whole time. Totally recommend her!

My experience at uptown bride was better than I could’ve ever asked for! Their entire staff were all so nice and supportive! Jocelyn showed me over 15 dresses and let me try on so many different styles. She picked some that I didn’t think I would have initially liked but I was pleasantly surprised by some of them! She was beyond helpful helping me get in and out of each dress I tried on! I knew from the second I stepped into Uptown Bride that I was going to find my dress here! This was the second store I went to look for dresses at, I should have went here first! Not to mention there are so many affordable options! Overall 100/10!!!! If you buy your dress at uptown bride they also let you sign their dress at the front with your name! It was the cutest thing ever!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I called to try and get my daughter in for an appointment, since I was only in town for the weekend and we asked if we could bring a baby. They said NO babies and only children 12 and up. Which how much damage can an infant in a stroller do compared to a twelve year old running around and touching dresses. Poor customer service. Obviously not worthy of our business.

Uptown bride helped me find THE dress!! I went to another shop and picked a dress and almost instantly knew it wasn’t it, I called Uptown bride and they got me back in and listened to everything I wanted and were so patient! Can’t wait for the day to wear my perfect dress!

My consultant was so considerate of my limited budget, and worked to bring dress prices down to fall within the budget. She pulled a surprising pick that ended up being my dress! Loved my experience with them!
