“I’ve always been hesitant to buy from a used car dealership — past experiences have been nothing short of a train wreck. But one day, my wife and I noticed an RV on the lot at Integrity Automotive and decided to stop in.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by several sales reps and ultimately worked with Genaro. We asked if they could move the RV so we could extend the pull-outs and possibly test drive it. Every request was met with a simple “yes.” The RV was immaculate, and Genaro was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to take it for a drive without hesitation. His professionalism honestly surprised me.
After the test drive, Genaro invited us inside to discuss pricing. That’s when we met Hubert, the general manager (and fellow Texan). Over the next few days, Hubert and I went back and forth on numbers, and we eventually reached a fair price.
To close, I want to sincerely thank Genaro, Hubert, Annette, and the entire Integrity Automotive team. This was the first time I’ve ever left a used car lot feeling respected, informed, and confident in my purchase. The staff was open, transparent, and truly seemed to have my best interests at heart.

“Isaac and Marcus made the car buying process less stressful and did not feel pressured into buying a car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lexus es300h, a hybrid vehicle that is running flawlessly a year later. Marcus was transparent about the car mentioning a new battery (not the hybrid battery) was replaced and brand new from Toyota before buying. Isaac also allowed me to take the car into a mechanic for an inspection and the mechanic was impressed on how well the car was maintained being a 2013 hybrid. There are no issues with the car, the only thing that was not working was the blind spot monitoring which was mentioned by Marcus but using the mirrors properly, you don't need the blind spot system. Marcus was able to work with me and we were able to make a deal with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used car as they are a trustworthy and family oriented business. Thank you access auto!”

When I told him what I was looking for he told me to get over right away and take a look at what he had for me. He let me test ride the vehicle for a long time and I knew right away. “I've been here 3 times, each time I've been treated with total honesty, a family vibe, and I felt like everything was genuine. I never had a problem with any of the vehicles from this company. When My neice came for her first vehicle, they helped her tremendously and made sure she was comfortable and understood what she was getting herself. When she came to a problem where she had no car power going uphill, they gave her a temporary vehicle while they fixed her original vehicle. Before leaving, they made sure she was satisfied with the outcome, and when she asked to keep the temporary one instead, they worked with her and she left happy with the temporary vehicle. They don't play games or beat around the bush to trick you into something you don't understand. They fully explain and if they believe that your credit or down-payment isn't high enough, they will let u know that it's not a good idea to get a vehicle or they give you possible options. But they do however keep the option of still purchasing the vehicle if you want to go forward with it.”

My Son’s gave me his old 2008 Honda Civic. It was thrashed. So I brought it to be detailed and it was run down and filthy. I didn’t even think it was possible to get this car this clean. I didn’t expect a miracle just needed a little bit of help for me to drive in comfortably. I just kept saying over and over my mind is blow. I can’t believe it. I’ve never posted a comment before, and I’m 65 years old. The work they did, the excellent care professionalism , and customer service was outstanding.
