Terrible customer service. If you receive notification from usps that your package is ready for pickup, don’t count on it. Every time I’ve had to deal with my local post office I always leave incredibly frustrated, I will go out of my way to use other services like FedEx

Worst post office ever! They never have enough people working and when they do they don’t even know the answer to my questions. I came in today to pick up some mail that for some reason was being held there “at my request”, only one worker and a big line. I went up to him and he says he doesn’t know anything they put him there today. I’m sorry, why are you even hiring people who don’t know how to do their job? It is stressful for us customers who need help with our mail and other various questions.

These people will simply not deliver your packages and do ANYTHING to delay you receiving the item. I think it’s about time they start firing some people and hire others that won’t mess with peoples mail. Everytime they do this I am now going to make a complaint on them. So keep it up it affects your job not mine🫶🏼

Extremely long wait times. Waited in like for about 40 mins because there appeared to be only one person working. This was NOT a 1 off incident by Amy means. Everytime I go in there I have to stand one long slow moving lines

The wait times can be improved with more workers being hired for the counter positions. I don’t blame employees working here for slow service when it appears to be very short staffed. The 2 older gentleman closing today showed patience & great attitude. Love Our neighborhood post office! Thank you for everything you do! 💌📪

The lines are slow and the people here are rude, it’s a shame that they keep this place open. The lines are slow and they keep the slowest people for the job that needs to be done quick. Not only this but their door has been unfixed for a while. Wasting even more time

Both front counter people went to the back and were gone 15 mins. There’s now 16 people in line >=(. One came back finally. The other is still MIA after 20 mins

Love this place, sure the wait is long but if you’ve ever worked in customer service, you’re gonna know you’ll have to have patience.. plus Bruce is the best!!! Always happy to see him 😄

I’ve been all over and this might actually be one of the worst post offices in the country. There are two people at the desk working at a snails pace, with lines going out the door. I got there with only six people ahead of me and was still on line for almost an hour.
