Thom refused to use a label that had the date from the day before, even though the label is valid for a month. He sent me away after waiting in a 15-20 minute line, very frustrating.

Inside automated package postage kiosk works well and has been for the last few months; before the credit card reader often failed. Great to use on weekends and outside regular hours when lobby is open.

Stop delivering my mail to my neighbors! Whoever is in charge of sorting mail and delivering it needs to learn how to read!

Drivers REGULARLY do not deliver my packages. Claims "no one was home" when I was home all day and no one knocked on my door. Report as "mailbox full- left a paper slip with pick up directions" and not only is my mailbox is completely empty, but there is no slip. I've had multiple packages returned to sender "due to insufficient address" when the given address is perfectly fine and cannot be improved upon.Staff is frequently rude and you have to practically beg them just to do the bare minimum.

There was never a time when I arrived at the staff wasn't stoic or rude. Perhaps it is the stress of working with so many individuals, but nevertheless the ones working at this location are not customer friendly. In addition, one time we arrived before closing to mail medication to my father and they denied taking the small package simply because"Were close too closing." I understand working at a post office is not the most glamorous position, but you could atleast practice some kind customer service skills and take small packages.

I encourage everyone to call the national line and file a complaint concerning this branch, as their phone system is nonexistent and requires a "remote access code", leaving you no choice but to go into the branch. With no phones and some (not all) particularly rude higher-ups, countless lost packages, near-years of wait-time for new mail keys (mine took eight months), this has to be one of the worst branches in Albuquerque to live near.

If I can give, zero rating I will definitely rate the staff and the manager. They were of NO help. Last May 2022, important documents from the USCIS for my 3 daughters which I paid ($410.00) for each; and another mail containing my Diploma and Transcripts that they were delivered. I received only one mail but the other 2 girls mails were missing. I went to their office 7x, they printed that it was delivered in my mailbox. I told them I did not received any. My husband and I couple of times, from June to October 2022, we've talked to different staffs, then they forwarded us to the assistant manager gave my proofs as I filed the missing mail and said they will call us back, no call. We went again to the office and talked to the manager. We gave again the tracking numbers and he denied that he cannot see any tracking numbers for the 3 lost mails. I refiled again another document in USCIS for the 2 girls as we needed them and paid another $820.00. I requested for missing mail in USPS but the manager gave me a letter to USCIS which there's no use at all. In the end, it's me who lost a huge amount of money which I can prioritize for my children's needs and they would not give a refund. I hope they will do a good job so not to give stress to the family. I hope they will look into this issue.

Hit n Miss! Sometimes their service is great, other times unreliable. And if they Think you dropped junk mail on the ground they suspend service (I live in a neighborhood with Multiple apts and homeless) How would they know who dropped what (this mail is usually add to 'Resident!) How would they know and why is it the Post Offices concern about trash?

Be careful! If you want to avoid stress and frustration. DO NOT send anything of value. DO NOT use insured express services. DO NOT ship packages with USPS. If you pay for an express and insured service and the packages are lost, they do not pay you anything. They only tell you that the system shows that the package was delivered and you lose the packages, time and money. More than 6 weeks of claims, more than three calls to customer service, waiting for a response. When you make a claim they tell you to show evidence of the value of the product. But they do not look for the lost package or give you an answer about what happened to the package. I mean, they can keep the packages after putting them in the system that was delivered and nothing happens, absolutely nothing. When you open a claim they send you a letter telling you that it has been denied due to lack of evidence, as if you were lying, as if you were claiming falsely. They do NOT give you an answer about the lost package. They call you to tell you to open a claim online and then they deny your claims. The system they have for claims is a mess. If the USPS offices lose the packages they should send to the Claim Offices a claim request approving that they lost the customer's packages. They should investigate why the package was lost and apologize to customers by immediately approving a refund. When you call for help you don't get a clear answer. I want to help the community not to fall into this complicated and stressful situation. I wanted the package to be received. I didn't want to be asking for insurance money. I did not want to waste my time and money with an irresponsible service. USPS employees put the packages and letters in the wrong boxes and nothing happens. Customers have to be disappointed.

My go-to post office in the city. I always have good experiences here. Lines are generally tame and tons of parking

This is my "go to" post office location. The lines are typically short. Rarely have I had to wait over 20 mins to send a package. Clerks are always pleasant and helpful. I had a box at this location for many years, until recently. They use to be open 24 hours, which was a plus. However in the recent years they lock the doors atlfter 8pm and not open on Sundays.

The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately when you are reading this review, you prob already had a terrible experience or you don’t have a choice
