Got to use here to post as the one on 5th street had a security checkpoint and I didn’t have my ID on me cos I’d just walked less than 10 minutes from where I stayed.
But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.

Staff often argues with you and is Rude and sometimes yells at you. They take no accountability for the things they do wrong.

The times I've gone in the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Today was no exception. Some people complain about the hours and that they're not open on the weekend. This is really a location meant for those who work in Downtown. In other words, the hours aren't an issue because one can easily go during their break or lunch, and it's an easy walk from most places. The main office is on Broadway, which is about a five minute drive if you must conduct your business outside of this location's hours.

Only open from 10-3, just 5 hours a day? How do they expect working people to mail anything if they’re not open until 5 or 6pm? This is ridiculous.

I had a wonderful experience at this post office today. My ballot for a local election arrived on the day of the election and the woman running the front desk postmarked it right in front of me so I could know it would count. Thanks for the awesome service!

I dropped off a package that weighed 8 oz and they charged extra me through my company claiming it weighed 2lbs. The lady was rude the whole time. What a lucky accident.

Best post office if the area; the others seem to be just windows. This one offers many size boxes and shipping materials. Great service, I just wish the hours were longer; it’s something like 10am to 3pm. O.o

This is such convenient, fast and friendly location. The regular USPS worker, Karen, is really the best! Great customer service and always informative.
