I normally do not write this kind of review, but I feel a responsibility to inform both the public and the supervisors of this office. If this employee is receiving high ratings, it's important to know that she may be manipulating the system by ignoring public feedback.
Unfortunately, my experience with an employee—who had blonde-dyed hair—was extremely unpleasant. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in every aspect of her customer service. After treating me poorly, she had the audacity to dismiss the official customer feedback process and rate herself with a 5-star or a happy face, essentially saying, “I don’t care what the public thinks.” This behavior is unacceptable.
This employee should not be interacting with customers. Based on my experience, she would be better placed in a position away from the public, where her attitude and lack of respect will not further damage the reputation of this already low-rated office.
I would give this interaction not 1 but a minus 5—if that were allowed.

The lady with the curly red hair on Friday July 25th 2025 @ 3:20 pm was very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to return an item via the instructions from the companies email and she was very dismissive with my questions about how to return the item and rude with comments like “do you want me to help you” and “give me my scissors back” even though the scissors were on the counter in front of her. The whole customer interaction was filled with comments like these and in the middle of my interaction with no instructions or warnings she started helping a customer who was in back of me and just started ignoring me for around 7 minutes until I was given a label and asked why I didn’t write the address on the box and label without a pen or label provided. I will be going to other shipping offices for now on.

I’ve had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with this post office for my entire adult life. The staff are extremely condescending and unhelpful. I am always greeted with hostility and an uncooperative attitude that seems like the main objective is to cause as much suffering as possible. I am a relatively cheerful person, I’ve done my time in customer service and know it can be hard, but the difficulty induced every time I’m here tests my patience in ways I cannot comprehend. Whether it is to mail a package or pick up something that wasn’t delivered, their ability to make it seem like the greatest inconvenience you could present them never fails. You will never get ahold of them via phone, so do not waste your time more than you already will with them. If I could opt for a different post office, I would any day of the year.

So the mail lady does not deliver my mail she always has a excuse they need to find a new mail lady that does her job correctly she is a lazy lady

WORST POST OFFICE AND POST PEOPLE and MAIL LADIES/MEN of all time!!!!! I got into a car accident this past year and I am still recovering from my accident and my car is literally posted in front of my house away from the mail box out of the post ladies way!!!! TODAY SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL PSA AND WASTE THERE TIME TRYING TO GET MY CAR TOWED!!! Because the post people claim that it’s against the law to park your car in front or near the mail box! WELL GUESS WHAT I FOUND OUT FROM THE COP THERE IS NO LAW AT ALL THAT SAYS YOU CANNOT PARK YOUR CAR IN FRONT OF THE MAIL BOX THEY’RE JUST BEING LAZY and DONT wanna walk a couple feet to DELIVER YOUR MAIL!!!! SO DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!! Also HOW DARE YOU!!! I’m LITTERALLY a CAR ACCIDENT PATIENT RECOVERING FROM AN ACCIDENT THAT ALMOST KILLED ME AND YOU DO THIS???? DO YOUR JOB!!! And leave me and my vehicle who is out of your way OUT OF IT!!!!

This is by far the worst post office I’ve been to the customer service in terrible they do what they are supposed to do but with a very bad attitude you ask them questions and they give you the worst attitude

Whoever heard of a post office branch only allowing you to get your PO Box mail only during business hours? My mail is sitting in my PO Box and I can't get it because the post office isn't open. Disgusting.

Clear example of the worst burocracy at this location. People here forget they are public servers. Their attitude is like they're doing people a favor. I went there yesterday 4 minutes before 5, supposedly they should be closing at 5, they decided to close early, I knocked the door telling them that I hasn't received my mail in 3 days, they just yell at me without looking, that I should come back tomorrow. DOGE should take a look at this office, to much to do here.

They're great in person but over the phone REALLY VERY RUDE N NEVER I DOOOOOO MEAN NNNEEVVEERR !!!! ANSWER THE PHONE!! I'm making a complaint!
