9.99% of anything ask to do with service is met with NO. I stood in line while (1) employee at 12 noon. Possibly the busiest time when other workers are at lunch and need to mail something. One employee & that’s completely management fault. Each question that a customer ask was greeted with no we don’t do that. No you have to go somewhere else. No we can’t help you. This place is a joke

The Spanish lady with glasses is so rude. I filled out the form to hold my mail there until my keys for the mailbox by my house come in. So today I went in to get my mail because the USPS app. Said that I have 3 peices of mail but the lady said there's nothing for you here. Then she says did you fill out the form to hold your mail and I said yes of course I did last week when I ordered my keys that I was charged $40.00 even though it's the first time receiving mail at my mailbox. Then the lady says well I guess I have to talk to the mail carrier. So they really can't tell me where my mail is. I'm going back tomorrow to see if maybe ? possibly my mail will hopefully be there. Let's see how that goes.

Very bad there is an employee who is the only one who speaks Spanish, she behaves in a despotic manner!!!!! She is very rude and does her job in a very bad way…just because I don't speak English he got angry!!If someone else has been treated badly, do not hesitate to write your comment, this will help other people.

There’s a reason why Sunset location receives so many 1 star reviews, but the people here won’t do anything about the complaints. So these reviews should be directed at them

Lady with the glasses and short hair scoffed at me loudly in front of my 3 children and said that I insulted her when I asked to have someone else look for my packages she couldn't find. The nice gentleman found my packages without much hassle. Also the lady next to her with the long hair was super rude to everyone she came in contact with. Unbelievable. The only saving grace was the gentleman that helped me with the packages. Super nice guy. There is no time for people with such little to no respect for others.

I usually have bad luck at USPS whether is lost packages, bad customer service or long lines.Today however it was different. Long story short I went to the location on Broadway and I encountered a rude unprofessional woman. I went back and spoke with a compassionate gentleman. He told me to visit this location for a potential lost package. I spoke with Sharell and she helped retrieved my package. Thank you so much.

Just moved to this side of town totally new went to the Sunset location to do an address change gave the lady the correct spelling of the address. I’m switching my mail from and she said that’s not how you spell it so I spelt it out for her and told her yes it is. I’ve been living there for three years I think I’m spelling it right and then after that she’s like oh we can’t get online we got kicked off-line then the lady next to her with glasses with a very deep voice is Hella rude to every single customer she gets I was only there for about 10 minutes and was treated badly. This location needs to retrain their workers or start firing. The attitudes here are super bad. Customer service sucks will be going all the way to Broadway location to get all that sorted out worth the drive instead of being treated like dirt.

At times you find the people overworked underpaid and kind of rude. There are few really good workers at this Sunset location

I'm unsure about why this location has such a low rating. I'm come to this location multiple times at this point and the staff is very nice and helpful every time i come. I've yet to experience an intentionally negative experience. At worst, there's forget to bring me one of my packages and that's only happened when they were busy and some of my packages were placed in a different area in the back by accident and they didn't see it. This is probably going to be my new favorite location after the mini one that used to bee inside the Smith's on Coors and central before the mini location was closed a few years ago.
