It is an off and on struggle to get my mail delivered to my mailbox that has my name on it, as opposed to it being delivered to any of my many neighbor's mailboxes. Conversely, it is also a struggle to not receive other people's mail, while my name on my mailbox is clearly marked in large letters. There are no other people on my street with my last name. I do not understand the mail carrier's inability to look at a mailbox with numbers and name clearly marked and look at the piece of mail being delivered and not notice that it does not match either address or name?? Yet they still continually put the wrong mail in the wrong people's boxes in this neighborhood. It has been a battle for many years and it has ramped up again recently in the last few weeks. There is no point in talking to the person who manages this Post Office and the employees are just rude and act like you are bothering them when you go in for something as simple as help with a package.But to complain? They aren't having any of it during their work day. I have resorted to filing complaints online. We shall see if there is a change in the mail delivery in my neighborhood as a result. I pay most of my bills online, but there are still pieces of mail that come to my house and I have missed those several months running as they seem to have disappeared into thin air?? Thankfully, there are some good neighbors in my neighborhood that return pieces of mail to each other. But I know some of mine has gone into someone's trash can....

Elaine/Irene was the rudest/most disrespectful customer service employee and was totally unwilling to help. ALOT of the one star reviews are about THIS particular lady... besides that the staff is great handling pressure and always a pleasure despite always being so busy

I came in to set up a P.O. Box and talked with a woman named Elaine. She was rude and unprofessional. I know the post office isn’t the happiest place but try and speak to someone else. This lady is the worst.

Got a sticker return label that wouldn't stick and they made me buy tape to secure it. I always tape my packages before shipping it out but how was i supposed to know their labels would do that. Employees are so burned out and rude all the times I've been here for the past 4 years.

First time I was here was a few months ago and the clerk was cool, he was an older guy I think and overall the experience was fine.
Every time since then I’ve had to deal w a short native lady with bangs who is blatantly short and rude with not just me but everyone else except for one lady that she had already known. Any question asked was dismissed and responded to w an attitude as if I am stupid. Her expressions and demeanor are incredibly off putting. She either hates us or hates her job or both but she’s having a terribly hard time hiding it.

Horrible post office. They deliberately choose which people to mess with if you go to claim a package they refused to deliver. I’ve had many issues with them after only living here for two months. I just asked one of the drivers to leave a package at my door if there was no room only for him to smugly drive off like he’s Newman from Seinfeld and leave nothing. This kind of service shouldn’t be legal.

The entire staff are incompetent,stubborn, and extremely rude!
Specifically the two Native American ladies. oddly enough, if you are not white, They both treat you like dirt. It’s so blatant. Seriously they need to check their attitudes. You are not them. You never will be.
