They constantly lose my packages ! I’m not sure if anyone else has that problem but I’ve had two packages lost because of this office . I try my best to be patient and nice but I always have problems with them and I’m so sick of them . I might consider changing postal locations because I feel like I’m always here for a new issue .

The short, rotund, overweight lady employee Eilene is insufferable. If you're there to pick up mail, or do anything that requires her to walk to the back, she will rudely refuse or find any excuse not to do her job. Every time. She will flat out say she's not gonna look through mail. She appears to be a grumpy, lazy employee, but I doubt management cares. The other staff that sorts and delivers mail and pickup window guy are awesome though.

Because I live in an apartment they won't go to my door or go to the main office to deliver my package. Leaving me no option. I have to pick it up from them. That makes you a sad excuse of a delivery company.

The lady was rude and dismissive. Service like this is why people hate using the postal service.

Customer service does not exist here. They’re unbelievably rude because they know you can’t take your usps business elsewhere. My experience matches up with the other hundred or so one star reviews, so it’s not like they’ll do anything about their issues.

Zero stars if I could. I try my absolute best to treat people with respect and am terrified of being labeled a rude customer so if anything I am usually overly nice so that I'm not being disrespectful or rude to people... as that is an absolute pet peeve of mine. This has got to be top 5 worst experiences and treatment I have received. The employees are absolutely unhelpful, rude, and I would almost guess they take pleasure in NOT sending out the mail and helping people and treating them like idiots. I swear there was genuine joy from them in watching people squirm, walk out without their packages sent, and seeing how far they could push being rude for everyone that came in. I should have known I was going to get horrible treatment when they dealt with the man in front of me with zero respect... and made him walk out in frustration and embarrassment. The gentleman obviously had a language barrier, so, while I understood the issue they were having, it could have EASILY been remedied with a little kindness and compassion. All he needed to do was rewrite the PO address on his box differently as 3 lines instead of 1, but they would not help him do that and just stared at him like he was an idiot KNOWING he couldn't understand him. Maybe show him what it needs to look like or do it for him? I was about to step forward to help (cause the employees obviously weren't going to and he was so uncomfortable with a line of people behind him watching), but the man was so flustered he just walked out without mailing his package. He was never once rude to them. Maybe that is why they decided to be completely unhelpful and downright condescending to me when it was my turn. I was also treated like an idiot and like answering questions about why my package that had been labeled as “undeliverable” came back… and how it could be resent correctly so this didn’t happen again… was completely unacceptable to them. I was argued with and met with condescending remarks every step of the way no matter how calm and kind I tried to be while trying to confirm so this wouldn’t happen again. She told me my new address wasn't correct (which the system took), that I should mail it to the same address that they didn't deliver to the first time. That makes… no sense. Every question was like pulling teeth to get an answer, eyes were rolled, or she would just stare at me unwilling to answer my question or only give partial answers that were always done in a condescending way. She had to backtrack several times, and I got flustered because she then told me both addresses weren't valid EVEN THOUGH both showed in the system and USPS has delivered to multiple times (the person I sent a package to got one from USPS one day after mine was rejected to the exact same address.. she blamed the recipient for rejecting the package). Whatever the reason for non-deliverable, I just wanted to make sure my package was delivered correctly. This review would be far longer if I did a play by play of every part of this interaction I had with her and every instance she CHOSE to make the transaction more difficult. I did my best to keep my cool, but the longer I sit with what I saw and experienced while I was there, the more horrified I am. She finally sent my package out... and I had to pay yet again. Whatever, as long as my recipient gets their package. But frankly I don’t feel confident about it at all. I don’t even care about having to pay twice. It was downright embarrassing how horrible multiple employees were talking to people… not just me. I am so glad this isn’t my typical PO, I absolutely will NEVER return to this one. I'm just glad my usual ones I go to have helpful, kind, employees that I've NEVER seen treat people this way even when there are lines out the doors and they are super overwhelmed. Shame on this location and obviously this is a trend as the same things are being said over and over… this is NOT a customer problem. This is most definitely an employee problem. I was not the only person treated horribly in the short 10 mi

First time here. GPS put me at wrong entrance after convoluted drive. Postal employee working in truck gave me directions and was very pleasant. Like many places this time of year busy with not enough help. Had a bit of a wait, but had friendly encounter with employee and was on my way.

This is honestly the WORST Post Office I've ever visited in my entire life. Every time I've visited there's literally a new issue. Nd Terrible customer service who would rather get rid of you than properly help you.I took a box here and was told to erase "Priority mail" from it. Which is ridiculous that I have to do that. After doing so, I it was still rejected. And the customer service agent named Mitch demanded I purchase a new box or leave. This place is honestly the worst, thank God the one on 4th street isn't this ridiculous. In fact why the heck hasn't anyone done something about this USPS? It's literally the worst in Albuquerque.

They lost my passport in the mail. They told me they had a picture of delivering that in a mail box but God know which mailbox. It took the supervisor to investigate the matter fo days and he kep promising me to call me but he never bothered I had to re-apy for my passport. Obviously they did not do a good job protecting a first class mail.

We came in roughly 10 minutes before closing and was shooed away. Our package was a prepaid shipping label. All it would take is 1 quick scan. Awful experience. Please go to literally any other USPS.

It's a good thing I have honest neighbors, at least once a month or more they either put my mail in a neighbors box or don't deliver it at all. The only thing that saves me most of the time is that I have informed delivery so I know, for the most part, what is supposed to be delivered. Keep raising prices, but service never gets better from this post office.

Eilene is always rude for absolutely no reason. Look at how many reviews are about her being rude.I went there today because I needed to mail something off and had a QR code for the shipping label to be printed. There was no one else in line when I went to ship the item and I decided to skip the self help kiosk because I don’t find them to be user friendly.. When I got to her register, greeted her, and showed her the QR code for the shipping label, she said “you could’ve printed this over there” in the rudest tone!I was polite to her from start to finish, and my interaction didn’t warrant any type of attitude from her whatsoever.

Just moved here & came here to: A. Submit change of addresses & B. Get our keys for our mailbox. A. The male worker who "helped" us was rude. We asked for change of address forms & they haven't had them for 6+ weeks, as to force people to go online & pay $1 to do it themselves.B. He said our keys won't be ready for 3 weeks?! That's an insanely long wait, had to go to USPS for keys when we lived in TX & AZ & they were available immediately. My short experience here today was in line with all the negative reviews I just read. Don't do customer service if you're rude to customers.

This is the worst post office I have been to in the many states that I have lived in the United States. The woman clerk is the rudest postal worker that I have ever encountered, as is the man who says he is not a clerk, yet provides no identification as to who he is but asks questions in the rudest manner. There are ways to ask people what they are mailing or what they need. I took my box to UPS and paid $23 dollars rather than spend another minute at this place.

More than sure someone is stealing packages. I have a business and I ship daily. I started bringing my packages to this facility and now I'm having orders not showing up to my customers. Biggest red flag is that my packages are being marked delivered in albuquerque, when these packages should be going out of state. Placed a claim but they are doing nothing about it.
