20 people in line nobody that works here to be seen. Definitely still on the clock getting benefits. If the managers aren't workin fire them for someone who will.

This post office is notorious for its poor customer service. They have a local phone number, but no one answers the phone.

Just moved here 30 days ago. Was deceiving my packages for 6 years without one problem from Amazon at my old house. This month I received all here except all the ones sent through the post office. I have received none of those. They all say left in mail box but we don’t even have the box yet since we are still waiting on the keys. Amazon says they have them at the post office. Post office says they have no record even though they show on informed delivery. I feel like moving back to my old state already. 🤦♀️

We moved to this area in March, we had a mail key for our community mailbox for less than a week (first week of May). That week the locks were vandalized and we’ve been without a mailbox since. They are holding our mail but the line is always 10 people deep and there is one person working regularly.
We receive mail for a variety of other addresses (once the clerk took my name and address info and brought me someone else’s mail?) My neighbor routinely brings us mail that she is given, at the post office with our address. They also deliver packages to the wrong house regularly (once MEDICATIONS!) We also receive mail for everyone who has ever lived here, we sort this out at the PO, wrote RETURN TO SENDER NO LONGER AT ADDRESS in huge letters and drop it in the letter drop at the very same PO. You best believe those same RTS mail items will be handed right back to me next time I stop in.
I would honestly consider not moving to this area if you’re looking at houses, it’s lovely here but this has been truly unfortunate. 3 stars because most of the folks here are very kind and I’m sure their job is impossible.

For the hundredth time in four years, i had to bring in the same key to the same parcel locker that does not turn. I cannot get anything i order without bringing in the key and requesting my package be brought in to pick up. They need to fix their equipment. Maybe the only federal agency anyone likes should be funded properly???
Both of my parcels got smashed separately. Contents opened and fell out. Incompetent failures

These useless mailmen have lost two of my packages within two weeks. No response when I asked for a refund. So frustrated with these people.

Probably the worst PO I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to wait at least 45mins just to pick up a package that the drivers never attempted to delivery. I wish this wasn’t considered my “local post office”.

we have been waiting over a year and half for a key and so our mail is being held without knowing that we received something. my husband has been many times to the post office asking if they could just deliver at our door yet they will hold our packages and mail at the post office even though we didn't request it. packages have gotten lost, not enough staff to help people. we still do not have a key. it is very frustrating not to receive our mail and packages.

Very Rude and NOT helpful. They should be ashamed of their treatment of the general public.

I don't understand why your mail carriers are putting Amazon packages in the delivery truck if they aren't going to deliver them to the door. This is the second notice that I have received saying they have ran into a problem delivering or that they tried to deliver. I just moved to the area and I have security cameras and no one has tried to deliver at any point. I will be contacting Amazon and asking them to please not use USPS for my packages. I am disabled and now I'm expected to pick up my Amazon packages at the post office because they don't fit into the tiny box? I moved to this area from Trumble Village and I have never had a problem with the mail carrier not delivering the package to my door unless it was on a Sunday delivery with Amazon. Amazon pays USPS to deliver packages to the door! Your postal worker at the window says it's up to the mail carrier and it is not because Amazon pays you for door delivery!Third problem this week, I had a scheduled package pickup and had to stumble across the parkinglot to get to the carrier who was leaving in a hurry without picking up the packages. Said he never got a notification of package pickup. Again, another lame excuse because the notification is on your scanner device.

This place is by far the worst post office I've ever experienced

I dont understand why delivery people do not ring Door Bell when they leave a package on the front door. Also I got a notification that the package was delivered in locked mail box and It was not. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem for the last 12 months.

3:30 in the afternoon.20 people on line: only one window open. Do I need to say more? I wish there was some kind of management who cared! Unbelievable.

A common problem is that if you put any mail on hold at this post office, they'll misplace the hold notice and just not deliver mail until you go to their office and remove the sticky note. They also take months to deliver keys. Never had this many issues at a USPS.
