You have to pay inside but it’s locked. You can’t just pay with your credit card at the pump like everywhere else in America. Thankfully, there’s a Circle K across the street.

Horrible customer service. Couldn’t service me because she “don’t know gallons, I know dollars”. When I said “oh I’m sorry” she said “that’s great how much”. Grey haired woman. 👎

I stopped today to get some gas and decided to get 2 #4 King scratchers at $10 a pop and the cashier made some small talk with me but seemed to be under the influence of something. I paid for my gas, smokes, Powerball tickets and scratchers and when I asked for a receipt she said it wasn’t working. She gave me my Powerball tickets, but didn’t give me the extra play sheets that go with them, which I didn’t notice until I was home. And when I went to rub off my scratchers, I realized she never gave them to me. I called and was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done about this so I guess Valero is OK with their employees stealing from the customers. Absolutely horrible experience and it’s not the first time I’ve had issues there. About six months ago, a male employee made some really nasty and rude comments to me, which is why I stopped going there for 6 months even though it’s conveniently located near my home. It’s so sad when paying customers are taken advantage of!

Where do I begin with this location? Here are a few things, as I use this location almost every day, until today. First, the receipt paper for the pumps has literally been empty for two months now. I use the same pump every day, and yet somehow the clerk has the receipt showing, and I have to go inside to get one. There are also a few homeless people who know one of the workers here, so he lets them stay around either inside or just outside the doors. This place has gone downhill dramatically over the last year. Also, almost all the pumps' security sticks have been broken and have not been replaced in over a month, so I don't recommend using this location unless you want to gamble with getting your card information stolen or possibly tampered fuel.

Excellent customer service and very helpful management. I've been to the store in the past and was not impressed but decided to give it another chance glad I did. New management is turning things around and made my visit a highlight of the day.

Clean store friendly employees especially the little manager Stephanie H., she is wonderful,very helpful, attentive to customers requests and keeps the store in great running order

I was kicked out of the store tonight and accused of being there earlier in the day and stealing boxes. I was not there earlier today and didn't steal anything. I would like it if a manager would review video footage and get back to me. Thank you.

The idiot attendance from inside we’re standing right outside next to the gas pumps smoking. Literally underneath a no smoking sign. Guess they don’t teach you the gas flammable at the gas station. Or how to read.

They always are respectful and i understand that the close early due to being short staffed so people shouldn't be getting upset at the workers it's not there fault they are short staffed.
