These guys get a bad wrap, most of issues are caused by the company, not the people. I've been here 4 times in the past month, at no fault of the staff, but they always took care of me. The only annoying thing is waiting just for everything that needs to be done to have to be handled by the person who just checks people in. They were not doing anything anyway, why make us wait just for the person who was doing nothing the whole time to have to do everything anyway.

Miguel, Mark, and Mello were the most helpful group ever, by far the best experience I've ever had at a cell phone place. They made sure to figure out exactly what we wanted, they didn't push for stuff we didn't want and were just happy to help us out. Definitely recommend this store for those guys.

If you come to this location do not work with Mark. He has poor customer service and inattentive to customer needs. I bought a new phone and when he was transferring the data, he was negligent.
He was not thorough in making sure all of my data was transferred successfully resulting in me losing valuable data.
I spoke with the manager and there was no accountability, empathy, or apology.
I felt my concerns were not important and I didn't feel heard.
To the manager reading this 'fey' do better and be a decent human being.

Last Saturday we went there to check a problem on the phone and within 5-10 minutes this lady who works there she helped us right away she was very nice

About Nancy: we changed our Internet with her in March after many issues with another carrier on streaming and even my printer. Nancy followed up with us since our address wasn’t available yet. We are thrilled now.

I had such a positive experience here. I'd gone to a different Verizon shop my whole life and while replacing a phone can be stressful - Miguel made the entire experience easy, professional, fun, and stress-free. I can't sing enough praises for Miguel as he answered all my questions, made the phone transfer, upgrade, and trade-in process super simple, and had excellent customer service skills. They definitely have a loyal customer in me now at this location! Thanks, Miguel and the Verizon team!

We Are Local Meal Prep Company Here In The Heart Of Albuquerque, NM. My previous business cellular Service Was Giving Me Issues Almost Daily. I Have Been Looking For A Different Business Cell Service, And After Researching & Finding Out There was a Verizon near by I wanted to explore my options. As soon as I parked, Nancy Was Already Opening The Front door as they ALL do to all their clients. This is UNHEARD OF! So thank you Verizon (this store specifically for engaging in this) Almost like family. She immediately began helping me out, added some numbers, and just like that, I walked out with a new business line operation that already was MUCH more beneficial factors than my previous carrier. She made this transition and transaction the easiest of all time. She is kind, genuine, respectful, knowledgeable and a problem solver. I have since then came back and have added an IPad with Cellular. She not only treated Pack Your Maxx with great attention. But as her other clients were there, she made sure every single client was engaged, helped and acknowledged. Thank you Nancy & Verizon ok making this an amazing experience as well as providing us a great opportunity to explore Verizon wireless!

Was traveling through, and desperately needed a new phone. Nancy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and during waiting periods she was very conversational. She definitely made what could be a nerve-wracking experience filled with calmness and laughter.
