They have shity service they don't take back their stuff that they say that they're going to very rude disrespectful employees trying to hurry up and get you out of the store cuz they don't want to deal with you because you switch services from Verizon to Metro you know what I say you all suck

I was not impressed.
We made an appointment and promptly got greeted and helped by an employee, which was nice.
She sold us a Netflix & Disney Plus subscription as an upgrade, promising it would be cheaper than our current subscription.
The only catch after we paid?
The new subscription included ads 😳
Convenient to not mention this as we signed up …
I immediately cancelled the new subscriptions.
It seems dishonest to not mention that she was selling a paid subscription with ads 🙁

I have to tell you guys I’ve never seen another store in the other 28 major cities that I have lived that looked anything like this Verizon because it honestly looks worse than the new cricket store I was seen in. They had not the best floorplans, will call it. I can almost guarantee that they have scored themselves the score of 4.5 stars because I have seen so many in fact every single other customer leaving that place while I’ve been there four times has been absolutely irate with the service and the two gentlemen that speak a different language in front of you about you sadly, they did not know. I understood every word. They disrespect you not to mention the fact that he had bugs on the counter of ants and they had roaches on the floor. That wouldn’t be so weird because it is summer, but they’re on the second floor?!?! That doesn’t seem logically very possible unless you never take care of your bugs and issues that bugs bring.
This is Verizon corporate headquarters. Send your people out there to look at that store and then shut that thing down because no one would ever want to be represented like that and I can. I can bet my life that the ratings you see on here of the 4.5 stars is the way those two gentlemen have hacked it and started new accounts and voted for themselves because I’ve never seen this satisfied customer leave there and even the store itself is a joke inside the mall.

It took me 3 different Verizons Stores before I was able to find someone who was willing to help me and answer my questions. Kate was very knowledgable and very informative and took the time to set up my phone. I appreciate all your help!

Sad that even managers at this location are deceitful when upgrading phones for customers who have been with Verizon for 12 years. When you ask multiple times “what’s the catch?” and they insist there isn’t one, it’s frustrating to realize that is a lie. For folks heading in, just remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it should be avoided. Especially avoid the female manager at this location.

I have to share my experience about Maximillio. I came into his store late at night crying because Verizon made some terrible mistakes at another store. Unfortunately he was unable to help me but the patience and professionalism he displayed was impressive. I was not kind and I very upset yet he was kind and kept his compute the entire visit. I want to think him for doing everything in his power and for being so kind during a very difficult time.

We visited this store looking for Christmas gifts for our kids, Max was awesome! He got us everything we needed plus more. We were so happy with not only how friendly he was from the time we walked into the store but with how informative he was about the entire process. His willingness to help other customers while also helping us with our purchase makes him a great asset to this store. Being previous customers, we always recommend this store but after today not only do we recommend it, we’ll come here for all our Verizon needs! Thank you Max.

My flip phone cracked on the fold so I decided to try the flip phone 5 now. Hopefully I will not have to open it as much because of the bigger front windows and I can text without opening it. I really like the small size. Lexy was super helpful and pleasant to work with. She was also very patient.
