I had a new upgrade on iPhone i needed assistance setting up and transferring data from old iPhone. Was told i could go to store for this assistance. Walking in representative walked up and told him what i needed, this led to a deep sigh the next words were there is a cash up front fee of 30$ dollars. I told him when I called this was never disclosed and he. Couldn’t do anything about the fee I asked for a manager who walk said repeated the same words with the same condescending tone. I said I need to return phone the said it would be 50 restocking fee. I called tech support this guy started out almost as bad until after an hour of assuming I was entering everything into the phone to do the transfer over, he came to the conclusion my new I phone 16 was defective the representative on sat never gave full disclosure regarding a fee to go into store for set up and the store employees were very rude especially the tall young man with his badge turned backwards so his name could not be seen. I can see why there are guards in the store either the poor customer Service the team there provided or provides. I really would like a call back from someone higher than anyone at this store location if possible

Verizon runs you for your money and makes false promises. Right now they are trying to charge my twice a month for my plan and making me pay way over the agreed pay. They tried to charge me $200 for one month and tried to charge me twice for an activation fee all while being in a 2 year contract. I do NOT LIKE VERIZON.

Your reps are now bugging non stop going door to door. I received 3 different people throughout the day knocking on my door in one day. I’m not interested in Verizon nor will I consider version as much as you guys keep coming by & bugging. In a span of 2 days 4 reps came by annoying. This one recently banging on my door at 7:21pm. Leave us alone I’m not persuaded in any way.

Do not trust them. I upgraded my phone and paid an extra 460 dollars to pay off my current phone. I told him I wanted to keep my current phone instead of trading it in. He said I would be able to keep my phone after paying off the balance and was giving a credit where I had to pay off 270 dollar balance for new phone. I just found out this promotion is a trade in promotion which he said it wasn’t. Called Verizon to cancel the transaction and they said I would have to go back to the store. This all after the network outage they had no less.

Alberto is excellent!!! Great customer service. Security is very racist very nasty attitude.. the only thing that kept me from going else where was the customer service! Other than that watch security!!

They lie to you. They do shady things. I got kicked out for Stealing my own identity. this place needs to be shut down or at least the whole company needs to be viewed looked over

I purchased a new iphone from the verizon website to replace existing iphone on our account. I took the new iphone in on 5-16-24. I arrived soon after the store opened. There was not one person there who could activate the new phone. In fact, it was 3:30pm when this task was accomplished! Every store should have at least one tech trained to activate or troubleshoot problems another employee may have. I live in Oklahoma and did not have the time to spend an entire day activating a new phone for a family member who lives in Albuquerque and is unable to physically go to a verizon store. This simple task took 6 hrs!

I touched everything they had out on display. And they encouraged it.... Carefully. I made one alarm go off and they were ok with that too. I didn't get everything I needed but not because of the sales guy. He was great. But I was there because of the insurance. And he did what he was supposed to. And saved me money too.

Went to this location to help my parents who are in their 70s upgrade some older phones(2014) to some previously used versions I had given them the past year(from 2017). After 2hrs in store and the explanation from both an associate and the location manager they stated the phone we tried to activate on the Verizon service was not supported and would instead need new 3 year contracts and phones for both my parents $$$. We were charged 30.00 plus tax to do a data transfer from my mother's phone to the supposed non compliant phone with no refund given. Only a promised 70.00 credit to the account was offered after we returned to sign up for the new phones on new Verizon contracts. Went to bestbuy(westside) and an employee there was able to move the Verizon service over to the newer(old-2017) phone no problem, with no charge........ no data 30.00 charges and no need to purchase new phones(599.99 each) with new 3 year contracts. My parents have been with Verizon for 18+ years, I am now in the process of looking for a new service provider for them going forward. Way to go on loosing life customers Verizon at this store on san mateo ;) . Buyers beware!!!

I stayed on the phone on HOLD ( which I call FORGET) THEY never answered even answered!!! On call for at least 27 minutes!!
