I stood inside the store waiting for 20 minutes without even a “hello”, “we’ll be with you when we can”, nothing. I don’t mind waiting for a bit, it’s just courtesy or even the smallest acknowledgment that I’m waiting would be nice. And then there were two others walking around in the back- one on the phone the other going from door to door.

Absolutely terrible service. The rep wouldn’t even consider helping me without trying to charge me 45$ for a service charge. Every step of trying to get service on my apple watch with Verizon has been awful and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Worst purchase experience. Predatory and deceptive sales techniques. Associate gave inaccurate monthly cost, lied about iPhone models available, sold me a $67 screen saver which cracked in 2 days, charged $40 content transfer fee which I could have done at home. Went back in 3 days to return phone, but would have been charged $50 "restocking" fee. Will NEVER buy from a Verizon store again. Felt "dirty" after leaving.

Bad customer service. All Max was worried about was up selling me, not helping to fix or exchange my daughters phone. When Max was told no thank you, he then tried to get me to get a Verizon credit card. Once more he was told no thank you.
When he realized he couldn't up sell, he then gave false information about how we could seek the help we needed to get a replacement phone. Upon our departure from the store Max choose to go outside the store, talk to someone in a car, laughing in our direction as we sought help from Verizon customer service on my phone. Max was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I recently visited the store for technical support and the associate there reviewed my plan and told me he could reduce my bill , he said adding another line would be required but that it was free , everything about the new line would be free . He failed to mention the $120 . fee . It’s not free and it increased my bill. Dishonesty about a customers bill in this economy is straight up wrong .

I suggest going to a real Verizon Store and not this Victra Store. I went in to buy an iPhone and was heavily pressured to buy an android. He asked me if I was sure I wanted to have to learn how to use an iPhone after having only an android. Eye roll. When the sales guy finally agreed to show me an iPhone, he said I couldn’t buy it out right and had to buy it on the payment plan. He suggested I go to the Verizon store on the northwest corner of San Mateo and Montgomery and that’s what I did. I will never go back to this Victra store.

Do Not Go Here! Go down the road. He tried to SCAM me. I went to UPGRADE the WiFi amount on a PREPAID hotspot && was told I have to pay the FULL amount ($80) in CASH. He said he wasn’t an actual Verizon employee so didn’t have access to the card system ?. I went to a different store and was only charged $21.91 with card.

Been randomly doing business with them since they opened up. Have bought everything from new phones to accessories from them. They are always helpful and checking for discounts on large purchases.
Recently cracked the screen on my Sansung s10 and the average cost was 300 to fix the screen. End up here to see what upgrading my phone would cost. (Have a huge dislike for calling any 1800) They offered me a 400 by back on my phone and 400 for a new S24. Pretty much a no brainer there. They smart switched my phone and was on my way. Picked up a handful of accessories while I was there. All in all, very quick and painless effort going in to see them.

Had a phone that you could not work because he screen was blacked out a lot from being dropped.
Martin spent almost an hour trying to get it to transfer over to the new phone and I was amazed he was able to finally do it with all the handicaps with the phone
