Shared a plan with My Dad. He is sick and just out of the blue cut me off his account. I have a disable daughter Ashley and this was a blow. Called the Verizon number it was impossible( Have to work on this Needs to being easier)to reach anyone so I went into the Verizon store told them My situation and little did I know I was dealing with corporate manager Will. He saved me My phone is linked with Doctor's Therapist Everyone Etc. so keeping my number Important part of My Life with Ashley. This store cares and is helpful. They go pass 5stars. Excellent Service and Quick Service. Highly recommend this store. Everyone there was Helpful. Thank You

We took our son in on his 13th birthday to upgrade his phone and the service was terrible. We were handed off to Sylvia who was absolutely rude and acted like we were troubling her when we asked questions about upgrading, trade ins or qualifying phones. She never once smiled or gave us the impression she was excited about helping us out. Feeling very unappreciated I then asked her if Eli (who helped us 4 months ago) was available and she said he was not in until the next day. Not wanting to return on a Saturday and wanting to continue with our son's birthday gift, we pressed on with Sylvia and it did not get any better. We asked about another qualifying phone and she merely pointed to the wall instead of getting out of her chair to show us which of the phones she was referring to. I looked at my wife and she was also in disbelief at the extreme lack of courtesy and customer service this employee had. We then settled on a phone and she was very short and vague about the details of the cost and possible plan change that it may or may not require. (In the end, it did not require a plan change) She then proceeded to grab the phone our son selected and rang us up for the upgrade fee, asked to sign the contract and finalized the sale with "Here's your phone. Have a nice day." She may as well have said F you and thanks for bothering me. She did not give us instructions on how to activate the phone or transfer data from his old phone. We walked out in disbelief. We have been verizon customers for 20 plus years and were with Airtouch before the Verizon merger. This was hands down THE WORST experience we have ever had. I have over 25 years sales and customer service experience myself and would not tolerate an employee representing my company this way. I guess this is the new norm....

They're marginally better than T-Mobile but way higher priced. I only parked near the store to go to Costco, but I was tagged for a review, so there it is.

I went into the store 11/8/23. Spoke with"Manager" Adrian. In all the years I have been a customer with Verizon, I have never been treated so poorly. He was EXTREMELY RUDE bc I left HONEST feedback in a survey I received on my interactions with him previously. This behavior is COMPLETELY UNCALLED for! I will not lie about treatment I received, not even for a measly $15credit on my acct. I hope Verizon takes a more careful look at what type of people they are hiring for leadership bc this is not the type of people they should have leading and representing Verizon. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better Verizon.

10/28/2023 HUGO, SALES REP, WAS FANTASTIC!!! Knowledgeable & patient I had questions he answered every one!!! Helped me save some money!!!!! I will continue to use this location & send everyone I know to them!!!! Thanks Hugo!!!!

This store is NOT customer oriented. The manager doesn't want to help, never smiles, and can be argumentative. He is not helpful. He tries to blame Apple for everything. The female "specialist" never smiles and can be combative. You know the type - they don't listen to you, then become rude. I had to call Verizon online, get them to understand and solve my problem, then document everything before I went to the store. However, a few of the young guys are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a great experience today 9/16/2023. When I went to the store I was so frustrated after spending HOURS on the phone with customer service trying to fix a service issue I was having. I was STRESSED about it as I was also on emergency call for my work and if I missed a call could be life or death situation. I did have to wait a little (iphone 15 surge) but overall not that bad. The manager helped me out (I wish I got his name) but he was great! Fixed the problem that one other store and 2 hours on the phone with customer service couldn't fix. Took him maybe 5 mintues to fix it. He was very nice despite me running on all 10 cylinders. Thank you so much. Give this man a raise.

Very little personal help. They prefer you call customer service to get help instead... even though there is nobody else there. "We only do sales here".

I didn’t even want to give a one star. I went there today to get a new charger and when I walked in, not one person greeted me or asked what I needed. I walked out very upset. Horrible customer service, if you can even call it that.

Don't go here!!! I spend over $500 a month for VZW service to get told I can't be helped because it is to close to closing time! Then sent to another store for the same services I pay for, ridiculous!!! Thanks for nothing!!! On the verge of leaving of VZW!!!

I hav had TMobile ,cricket so on...Lynsey changed my mind for sure ! Awesome customer service, she made sure my needs were met I would give her more than 10 stars . Glad I switched over she's amazing please have her train!

If I could give zero I would!!! 19 May, 2023, went in to upgrade to a new phone, was put on list, stood there 10 mins others were walking in & being helped, so I left. 26 May, 2023, went back again this time I was helped by David, I purchased new.On 2 June, 2023, I went back as phone was getting hot. Spoke to a different male, he said they no longer had this phone. I said WHAT this phone was released in February, 2023!! He then said oh I meant that color, told him give me another color as long as it's not heating up. He then said if I changed color there was a $50 fee, told him that was insane not my fault they were out of same color & phone they sold me was defective. He went and spoke to manager (male curly hair), came back & said they couldn't do anything. On 6 June, I called customer service, they apologized said they get alot of complaints about this store, I was sent out a new replacement phone, said to take it into store & they'd transfer my info. .15 June went to have everything transferred to new phone. This time diffrent male manager (tall dark mustache), said there was a $30 fee to do that, I explained what happened & shouldn'tbe charged, he said theres a sign its $30, told him I don't think so & left..There was not a single customer in the store, everyone was sitting around, guess that's why they need to charge for everything.Went to a different Verizon, explained things to them, they took care of everything with no fee.Reason I put "manager" description is because this other Verizon location said manager at Coors bypass store by Costco is a female, yet 2 males were playing manager.. This store is just into making money, charging for everything, once they get their commissions they could care less about you. PLEASE go to any other Verizon location, they are so much nicer & helpful. Sorry for long review wanted to explain what happened. I will post this everywhere, & let anyone I speak to know about this store.
