When I walk into a restaurant, I don't like being ignored. Not quite sure what the problem was - place didn't seem busy. After standing for twenty minutes waiting to be seen/seated, I just left. Typical Albuquerque hospitality.

Was is my favorite place to go until I went there with a party of 10 and they refuse to seat us when there was the whole back room available they took a party smaller than us after and put them in the back room, gave me attitude and tried to start a fight. I’m done going there. They ruined their opportunity to keep a loyal customer. Went to Copper Canyon instead and left our amazing waiter over $150 tip.

I love this place. There's such a nostalgic feel to the decor, and they have great customer service. The food really hits the spot and is priced fairly for the portions served.

I had breakfast there three times. Waffles, pancakes, patty sausage, and breakfast burritos, and coffee were all great! Nice meeting room.Parking: Good sized parking lot.

American breakfast was the best chicken fried stake, 2 egg, and taters and I had my biscuit smothered in green chili gravy was fantastic. Same ingredient in the Cowboy burrito. They get very busy, so be patient. The owner and staff are fabulous. They obviously love making good food for their customers!Kid-friendliness: May kids are grown, and they still love getting hot chocolate and breakfast here. It is an 18-year family tradition.
