I'd give zero stars if I could. They don't tell you when you make the appointment but it is a telehealth appointment and it is the only doctor they have licensed in the state for all their stores. And then they cancel the day of your appointment. If I did that, I'd still get a bill, but they are free to mess up your work schedule and don't even care.

Doctor Marvel and the guys were great. I went back to ask some questions and see if my prescription could be adjusted slightly. The girl at the front desk "Tanya", gave me some of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I have been in the healthcare field for over 15 years and have never talked down to my patients in that fashion. Her disrespect makes me question if I should ever come back.

Have come here for the past two years to get new glasses and Steve has helped me out every time. He is amazing and and patient and will make sure you get what works for you! Highly recommend coming and seeing this friendly crew

The best eye appointment I ever had! Bianca was very friendly and professional every exam was very quick and seamless! The doctor's were amazing they gave me great information about the health of my eyes and answered any questions I had. Steve was amazing! Very friendly and got me the best deals he could! Already looking forward to my next exam.

Highly disappointed- arrived at the mall at my appointment time but when I tried to call the office - no person answered and it’s a robot recording. Walked into the place 15 min late and they were unable to take me and didn’t even offer another appointment day/time. I will not be returning.

Great group of people. I've had the best customer service one could get. The lady that helped me was very helpful in the process of choosing frames that would flatter my face. I'm very thankful for that and her walking me through the purchase process.

Went to get several pairs of glasses today. Only one person to assist. The employee was helping another customer. We were greated and told we would be seen in 5 minutes. 20 minutes latter we were helped by a man dressed in woman's clothing. Several minutes into it another customer came in. The salesman greater her and then spent the next 5 minutes talking to her as we sat there like bumps on a log. I told him that we would not be using there services and left. He apologized and we left. Terrible customer service. We will never go back there again.

Unfortunately, when I got to the location, there was only one person working. The store was busy and the wait was almost an hour. Once it was my turn, Visionworks employee, Eleanor Runyon helped me find frames that I love applied whatever discount she could and she spent probably an hour with me. Good people there, clean equipment. I wish the doctors were there in person, not a zoom exam. The lenses I bought were around $385. No frames bought. Seemed expensive but that is with no insurance.

Steve is the Best of the Best!!Known him for a long time.Excellent, knowledgeable about everything. Always very courteous & kind. Love coming into the store when he's there.Thanks for Steve being a polite Gentleman. PLEASE make sure that Steve gets some recognition for a great job.

Steve is amazing. However, another male staff member in women's clothing bent over for something, in doing so, his genitalia was exposed. He/she needs to cover up!!! Other than that, great place!
