The walgreens on wyoming and indian school their pharmacist not only Keeps denying my daughter. Her recycled but today when I finally started to unload my brain and told them that I got them all the emails. And the letters and the phone calls that they needed. She hung up on me, be pharmacist and her assistant hung up on me. great business. Ha ha ha

I like walgreens for many things but not their photo department. I've tried 3 places here in Albuquerque. And none of them have scanners or none if their equipment is working. Maybe you should just get out of the photo business.

I have had my prescriptions for nearly twenty years. Well. No more. I deal with the Santa fe store on Airport road and am changing pharmacies. Either the drive thru is closed and you go in to thirty people in line or they simply close all together. I take many prescripts about 18 and needed my meds today and drive up there and the sign No Pharmacist on duty. Is this the way you run business. Slow Pharmacist and for some reason they only have one. Evedently there is a problem. A lot of changes due to this poor service. There's no excuse. Hire some more people but at least be open when the hours on your doors are. I have been in retail management and your way of doing business baffles me Kristin Hazard

Today at 10:29 am I purchased a 6/pk of beer , corona , priced at $ 7.99 & I was charged $ 9.99 WHY ? THEY OWE ME A REFUND . I called the store and they said that they can't change the price , but what is advertised is the price , NOT what they have in a computer price ! So I was ripped off of ,$ 2.00 ! Why is that ? What is priced is what you have to sell it at ! & No more ,unless priced different , it's not posted as $ 9.99 it's priced at $7.99 ,,, not 9.99 so paid $200 extra , just for beer . Why ?!

This is Sandra Zenn not Kenneth Zenn.I went to Duke City UC - Louisiana on Sunday, May 29th and was the second patient in line. I went early so that I would have the 12 hours to get the 2 doses of the meds into my system today. By 10:56 the prescription for Paxlovid was electronically sent. by Duke City Urgent Care - Louisiana to Walgreens - 9700 Menaul Blvd.I arrived at Walgreens - Menaul at noon and was told we have nothing. The young lady told me to check again around 2:00pm. When I called back @ 2:15, still nothing in my file. I drove back to Duke City around 3:00 pm. The tech called your store and waited on hold until Zack pickup the call. She provided all the details of the Patient Clinical Summary, prescription as well as all my insurance information. He said give us 45 minutes. I went back at 4:00 to discover that there was still nothing in my record. At about 4:30, a young tech came back to the area and while on a computer assisting another patient, noticed a scribbled piece of paper under the base of a computer with my information. At this point I was at my wits end. Pharmacist, Ivan, who saw my frustration was kind enough to fill it quickly and I was on my way. He told me that leaving patient information in the undesignated spot was not proper protocol- but it was Zack's last day - still not an excuse.I can't even express the stress this incident has caused me today.

Blaring loud marching band music is the absolute worst idea I’ve ever ‘heard’ of! Not only is it exceedingly annoying for customers, it is so loud that houses nearby have to hear it ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG. It is a public nuisance and should be illegal. From my understanding, it is to help prevent theft or prevent loitering. But at what cost?? Your customers?? Your neighbors? It’s unacceptable.

I am trying to make an appointment for my second Shingles shot for next week. I cannot make it on line for my local store 9500 Golf Course, Albuquerque. It just won’t let me. I called the store and they said they can’t help me but I should call 1800-Walgreens. I called 1800-Walgreens they said they can’t help me but I should call the store and they will help me. At this point I called the district office to see if they can help me or put in a complaint and it sends me to music and then hangs up on me this is happened 10 times so far. I am just so frustrated that I want to go to CVS or anywhere but Walgreens.

I want you to know this store is wonderful they went beyond regular duties I thought to let my daughter in New Jersey purchase products from the shelves (bath products etc.) For me to have in the rehab hospital following a copd spell and under quarantine from covid here in hospital. It made my 86 yr old dads pickup so much easier. Thankyou to Mgr Duncan and staff cant say enough good about Walgreens staff every time i travel they always take care of me and my medication. Great Job! Sincerely, Yolonda Rose

Casandra the pharmacy csshier was and always has been a top rate representative of Walgreens. She should be given some type of award or recognition. She certainly is an asset to your organization.

Walgreens management will not keep people with no face masks out of their stores putting customers and Walgreens staff in danger of covid19. Really weak decission making.

On February 24th 2018 we had a prescription called in by Presbyterian Hospital for a family member that just had surgery and I went to pick it up for them. I walked back to the pharmacy and it was closed and I looked at my watch and it was 6:02 and they closed at 6. I saw a pharmacist still back there and knocked on the door (didn't answer) and the manager (Anthony, tall, skinny, older with a long ponytail) was in the aisle and I told him my dilemma and asked him if I could please pick it up. They didn't have to fill it, it was already filled and I had the prescription in my hand. He very rudely said NO. I pleaded with him that my family member couldn't go the night without them having just been released and having had surgery earlier that day. He didn't care in the least and refused to help me. He then lied to me saying the pharmacist had already left. I said it's 6:02 and he's still back there and I just need them to hand it to me and pay for it. He said NO and that there's a Walgreens in Albuquerque that's still open and that I could go there and walked away. Then the pharmacist came out and I basically begged him for his help and he refused and walked away from me (younger male, dark hair wearing blue). I cannot believe we live in a world that you wouldn't help someone when you are able to. I guess in my world I would help anyone at anytime if I could. I worked for a home health care company that would bend over backwards to help patients even after hours, weekends and holidays. If we didn't and they found out we would've been in a lot of trouble. How could they walk away from someone that they knew needed help and they were able to assist and refused. It's not like I was asking for help hours after they were closed when a pharmacist wasnt there, he was there and walked away. How do you sleep at night knowing you could've done a good deed. This very well could've been your father or grandparent. After I dropped off my family member that was in immense pain I called and Los Lunas Walgreens and they happily helped us with no issues. I'm not sure how you could employ such heartless pharmacist's and managers that are working for a company that is supposed to be "America's most trusted pharmacy". This manager clearly doesn't know the meaning of managing a store.

Loving some Walgreens! I've never been to a shabby location. Definitely a lot better than Rite Aid. Never heard about this issue with mr. Garcia. But if it's true I agree with the other reviewer.. Shame Walgreens definitely rehire that guy!
