I hate to complain but for the high volume that is coming through the pharmacy, there needs to be more staff. I came inside and there were at least 10-15 people in line. I left to drive thru. I waited almost an hour in drive thru…I am changing my pharmacy..

Always a pain in the ass getting a script from this location. Requested a refill last week and was given a Tuesday after 11:00 pick up time. Get call at 10:30 on Tuesday saying they are out of stock of my medication. Some good that does me! Thanks for the heads up!

This is absolutely the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. 10-15 minute wait per car is egregious. Also, when I called to speak to the manager about the excessive wait, the response was indifferent at best. This will be my last visit.

I try pretty hard not to leave negative reviews, but I feel it's my duty to warn others by telling my experience.
Over the past 3 months I have had the misfortune of making this Walgreens my pharmacy. First off nearly every action here takes 30-45 minutes. Whether you physically go inside, go through the drive-through, or call them on the phone, ALL of these actions take roughly 30 minutes EVERY time. I'm not sure if there is staff shortage, or a large customer base, but large wait times are the norm here.
Multiple times I've had prescriptions filled and received a text saying it was ready for pickup. By the time I arrived and waited 30 minutes... either my prescription could not be found or I was told it was not filled. It's extremely frustrating to get notified that it got filled and ready for pickup only to wait 30 minutes and then not receive your medicine.
I had all my prescriptions transfered to another walgreens.

I went to the drive thru to pickup a prescription. Waited in long line of cars for 15 minutes. No movement, I left. Figured I'd come back later. Google said the pharmacy was open till 10. Plenty of time. Showed up at 8:30. Closed. Asked inside. They actually close at 8? Ok. Next day I'm there at 6ish. Closed again. Guy inside said they decided to close 2 1/2 hours early. Will I need to take time off from work to find someone behind the counter? If you guys drive out the small mom and pops shops to put a location on almost every corner, try doing better. And BTW, update your Google listing please.

I almost never go there because someone else does or my prescriptions get delivered. I always get good service even if I have to wait a little while.

Every time I come to this pharmacy the customer service is not good. Also it feels like the pharmacist and pharmacy techs do not want to be there or have their job. Every time I get in the drive thru line or the line inside it takes more and 30 minutes. They don’t have my insurance uploaded from the app and having to pay out of pocket when it is supposed to be covered. Also not following my doctors prescription orders and always limits medication. It’s wrong and not fair to those that have and need medication to function properly and also not fair to the elder community. I’ve reached to the store manager and nothing gets resolved. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen

Probably the worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. Inefficient, unprofessional and an incredibly immature tech who did not know her job, It’s no wonder this Walgreens only has two stars. Terrible job Walgreens!!

Literally abusive to my friend because he is nice and goes along with everyone. They refused to fill his Rx, saying he could just buy it over the counter. I had to insist they fill the Rx, and the pharmacist was just as dismissive as the counter person.

I had to score 0/5 to be more accurate on writing a review for these rude staffs of this pharmacy! Rude Rude Rude!!!I gave them 5 chances and every time they disappoint! Lack of respect and supervisor is a big problem at this location. Would never come back.

Do not bother to make an appointment for Covid booster. They run 1.5 hours behind, if you’re lucky. Their time is valuable. Your time is NOT their concern.

This pharmacy is terrible. They left me hanging without important medication, while on employee after the next gave me each a different excuse. The wait times in line are crazily long while you watch way too many employees behind the pharmacy counter just meandering. 50% of the time I go in there, there's a customer angry about something wrong. Avoid this pharmacy!!

Pharmacy hopelessly understaffed. And some days they don't open at all or close early when their pharmacist does not feel like working. It's like in a third world country.

I never have a smooth experience at this pharmacy. There's always an issue with a refill or something's out of stock or I can't get anyone to help me. More than once I was on hold on the phone for over 45 minutes just to speak to somebody here. To top it all off the last few times I've gone the pharmacy was completely closed during business hours due to " pharmacist availability". I'll never refill here again ?♂️
