Incompetent staff. They close before they’re supposed to. They never have my medications available. If they do, they’ll only have one of my prescriptions, never are they available at the same time. It is infinitely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life (and I’ve lived in 7 states). Complete incompetence by the staff.

booked an appt for a flu/COVID test as listed on their website, received a confirmation email, arrived onsite to the tech stating they don't perform testing and that my appt was cancelled. did not receive any warning or notification of the cancellation so drove my 102F sick self there for nothing. Walgreens pharmacies can choke :)

I left work on Christmas Eve at 1:30, arrived at the Walgreens on Lomas 15 minutes later, was horrified to see all the doors locked and lights off in the Pharmacy area, the hours posted said open 9 to 5 Christmas Eve, I was in panic mode till an employee said their at Lunch, If your going to Lunch, Why can't you place a sign on your door saying so? Does seeing your customers loosing their minds cause they think they have to wait till after Christmas to get their Damn prescriptions filled?

[0 stars for the store at Lomas NE and Wellesley] The text message they sent LOOKED LIKE my prescription was ready; but NO, that text indicated that they had only FAXED a request to my Dr for renewal [HOW CD I KNOW?!]. VERY dismissive, abrupt, unpleasant attitude of "I don't give a s*** about you or your meds." I reacted quickly and angrily - that is was what that Rx was for! As I turned to leave, the 2 pharmacy techs (I can't imagine they were doctors) BURST OUT LAUGHING! I was confused and humiliated ???. I had a meltdown in the car ?. The WORST EXPERIENCE I have had in my entire life (I'm 65)! If I could give a NEGATIVE NUMBER RATING, I sure would!

Terrible service. Most of hygiene items are locked and no one comes to open up the case for you. One person at the register and asked if he was the only one working. He said no I don’t know where the other employee is.

It is always busy here with long wait times. Even when the app says your prescription is ready it isn't. Even if you are waiting they wont move you to the front of the fill line. I have waited 45 min on more than one occasion because they said other prescriptions were being filled. And I was the only one waiting.

Don't even bother trying to call them. Every single time I'm on hold for 20 mins only to be hung up on and then I have to restart the process all over again. Out of the many times I have tried I have only ever gotten a hold of an actual person once. I will be switching my pharmacy to another company as soon as possible.
