DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE absolutely terrible workers and management in line for almost 45 minutes the young girl with the pink hair was trying her hardest to make everything go as slowly as possible we watched her look at a little cubby five times before she finally found the medicine she looked really high to me not surprising this Walgreens has a 3.0 rating if you can switch your prescriptions to Walmart don't waste your time here

Extremely slow pharmacy, get your meds some place else. You'll be waiting in line for over a half hour before the line even moves.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this pharmacy. For several days in a row, I was told they did not have my medication in stock and to “come back tomorrow.” On the last day I could safely go without my medication, I showed up again only to be told—once more—that they still didn’t have it and that no Walgreens in Albuquerque would have it either.
I explained I would call my doctor to have the prescription transferred and got back in line, only to find the window closed with a “temporarily closed” sign. My doctor’s office and another pharmacy called multiple times and could not get anyone to answer the phone for hours.
Out of desperation, I went to the Walgreens just down the street—and they had my medication ready with no issue. So the pharmacist didn’t actually call other Walgreens to see if my medication was in stock..
This pharmacy caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and gave me incorrect information about the availability of my medication. Very disappointing and concerning when it comes to something as important as healthcare.

Insanely long lines. If you're getting a couple things, the liquor section is the only register open, so you have to wait behind everyone waiting for alcohol.

This Walgreens is so frustrating! They never have a pharmacist available and have to temporarily close pretty often. Every time I show up, the gates are shut since there’s no pharmacist on duty and I have to come back several times before they reopen.
The male pharmacist that I just dealt with is the most unkind and impatient person I’ve had to deal with. Prior to him hearing my story, he already had a bad attitude walking up. I tried explaining that due to me being bed bound from an illness, I sent my dad to get the meds. Prior to that, I called and canceled two of the prescriptions due to being wrong and they confirmed the cancellation. Once I got them, I saw that I was charged $104 because they never canceled the incorrect medications! I talked to a pharmacist who was “filling in” this weekend and he said he could return them. However, when I went in, it was shut down as per usual. I went again today and explain the issue and the “pharmacist” on duty told me it was my fault for not confirming prior to leaving and there’s nothing he can do, but got upset when I said it’s also THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to prescribe the correct medications. He said I should’ve come during the hours the temporary pharmacist was there since he would’ve done it, but that it wasn’t his problem. This pharmacy really needs to get their crap together because the amount of mishaps this place has is ridiculous.

I am RN have been trying to get my pt’s rx transferred to another Walgreens they can’t do that apparently. They said they are fine with us transferring rx’s to Walmart. They should remember without customers they will have no business. I see on average over 100 pts a month and I will be having them all go to another pharmacy. Also I have a huge network of other nurses and will continue to not have any support for Walgreens. Which may not make a dent in your revenue but trust me word of mouth is important.

Was told you had to be 65 for the pneumonia vaccine after making an appointment and coming to the store. Walgreen's own app and CDC guidance says 50 and older. Walgreens pharmacy should be more up to date and accurate in its guidance!

Got to Walgreens to get some pain medicine after oral surgery, I pulled into the drive through I sat there 15 minutes and not one car moved in front of me I was #6 in line. I decided to leave. I rather deal with my physical pain than sitting in a line that never moves. I absolutely HATE Walgreens time to switch to CVS

I am so thankful for this location. They are 24 hours and they have security. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend this location because they are not only customer oriented but they also are convenient staying open 24hrs!!!
