never opens on time. The posted store hours stay open at 7am M-Fri. Never happens! It would be good to follow the posted opening hours.

Pharmacy is always chaotic. I had an appointment for a flu shot. It's already been 45 minutes. The location at 4th and Griegos is so much better. I get in and out there in 10-15 minutes. Made an error and scheduled at the wrong location.

Walgreens are the worst Pharmacy to have to call a prescription into. I work in a Dr's office and every time I try to call in a prescription for a patient, I am on hold for at least 20 mins. There is no option to leave a voicemail, so you just have to sit on hold until someone in the pharmacy answers your call, and takes the prescription. It is incredibly ridiculous.

‼️‼️AVOID‼️‼️ DO NOT SEND YOUR SCRIPTS HERE OR ANY WALGREENS go elsewhere. This pharmacy is a poor excuse for getting scripts filled, as it's CLOSED. I wonder why they would accept scripts, as they are closed. VERY SAD, and unexscusable for a pharmacy to be closed (not scheduled lunch time) and still accepting provider scripts. Walgreens really needs to get it together or not take scripts they can't fill, due to no pharmacist on duty. At this point, I've talked to non helpful corporate staff, that are pretty not concerned with this closed pharmacy that has my script. They can keep it for all I care, thats how DONE I am with WALGREENS PHARMACY and their customer service lacking staff, wait till this happens to them, maybe then they'll see what kind of inconvience this is. Thanks for nothing walgreens, complete waste of time.

Don't know if they are severely underpaid or understaffed, although at the time of my last visit there were 7 people there for me to have to wait 10 Minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone while in the drive thru is pretty infuriating. I have completely stopped getting my families prescriptions filled here because of the numerous issues and no acknowledgement from Walgreen and the pharmacy regarding these issues and would implore anyone to reconsider doing business with the Walgreen pharmacy and save yourself the hassle!

They close too early before closing time. At least update the closing time on maps and website. We drove 10 miles just to see it is closed.

Customer service at this location has seriously degraded over the past two years. The staff are often rude, untrained and not knowledgeable about the store and procedures. Often have to correct staff when they give the wrong change. The other day I had one challenge me and when I pointed out to her she was mistaken, she got flippant and told me I was rude and she didn't have to wait on me! I just wanted my correct change. I might have let it go but she interrupted me while I was counting out my change and then tells me I am rude for asking her please not to interrupt me while I am concentrating and counting out my change. To add insult to injury, she makes the wrong change. This has happened several times before and not just this cashier. That is my last time to shop there. I would have called me manager to bring attention to the problem but I have noticed they are frequently unavailable at this location. Very poorly run business.

I ordered a puzzle picture for gift she called me to let me know that her machine was down and that she had no pieces she didn’t offer to make it right I think 12 st walgreens needs better customer service better management just her tone of voice i wouldn’t want my mother going into your store and have to put up with such disrespect and this was just a phone call I can only imagine how she talks to the customer In person

Walgreens is a great convenience store. I especially appreciate the fact that they have fiji water at a reasonable cost. Staff in the store are committed to high standard covid 19 protocols they also require masks if you enter. The customer service was great I had a staff member take me directly to the item I was looking for they were also protecting their staff by having screens up at the checkout lines I really appreciate the commitment to a safe environment and a clean store people forget that wearing a mask is as much for protection of the staff as themselves
