They told me my prescription wasn't covered by insurance and I had to pay full amount. However, I had this same prescription last year and I only paid $10 for it. Turn out they had to get an authorization from my doctor for it. They knew but they didn't do it in the first place. I don't know if this place was short staff or the techs were too lazy to do their job.

Pharmacy personnel are extremely rude on the phone and in person not any better. Pharmacist is great as is the other staff at this location, but pharmacy staff is not impressive

Walgreens is Walgreens and the location is convenient.The store is nice but can be a pain to access depending on where you're coming from and traffic.On a sidenote, I've had two vaccine appointments cancelled here last minute due to lack of staffing. If you need a vaccine ASAP, don't schedule with Walgreens. ?Please note: My reviews get updated based on experience ?

Placed on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy. Call was picked up and immediately they hung up. Called back, was on hold 20 minutes with "one caller ahead" and again the call was picked up and immediately hung up. I just want to know if I can pick up my insulin. It can't be that difficult.

Nice time to get flu shot. Did not wait a long time to get COVID shot here. Did get harassed, threatened, and yelled at by strange man when I was enroute to purchase groceries for my family.

I typically have good luck with this pharmacy but when I needed my epipen before my flight, my prescription was rejected by Walgreens. I checked with the doctor and it was not on their end, so when I called Walgreens to inquire about it, they would pick up or put me on a wait and hang up immediately.I understand they are low staffed, but hanging up the phone without answering is pretty difficult for the customer especially when they need their life saving medicine the doctor prescribed.

Stay away from here, the pharmacy is a joke. They will deny you meds if you need them and you’ve just changed employers and you are waiting for your insurance card. Even if you’re willing to pay the entire cost out of pocket, they will still deny you. Stay away.Update, we will be reporting the individual to the state board, as well as this pharmacy location.

After getting to the pharmacy 15 minutes before close, I finally got to the front of line (after waiting ten minutes with one individual ahead of me) to get my prescription only to be told that half of it wasn’t in stock, so after attempting to ask the pharmacist a simple question (unsuccessfully) and signing for half of the medicine, I was told that they “actually found the other half of my prescription in the back” and when I asked if I could get it, they told me that they “were closing in five” so I would “have to come back tomorrow,” completely asinine.

Got to the pharmacy around 1pm. Went through all the problems we had. They lost our prescription twice even after verifying they had it twice on the phone. They fix everything the lady is holding the medicine in her hands. Looks at her watch and sees that it is now 131pm. She says they are closed for lunch and I would have to come back in 30 minutes.

Went there for my meds and some items I needed. Store is well stocked and pharmacy crew was on top of everything! Extremely knowledgeable pharmacy crew!
