Most unfriendly pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. It’s already a hassle and burden for people to need medications, the least they can do is be kind others.

Horrible! Never get a call back or notification about when my prescription will be ready. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Needs a huge overhaul..

Unprofessional pharmacy staff. Never have I seen a healthcare professional tell people waiting in line that too bad it’s lunch time, you need to wait longer. Patients mean nothing to them.

Waited around for a medication, was told nothing. Left and came back the next day only to be told they ran out of my medication the day before and that I would have to call around to see if any other pharmacies have it then call my doctor to have them direct it there. This was a time sensitive matter and I received no notifications from the pharmacy or anyone that they were out of this medication. I gave my phone number to the worker there and was told I would be notified. This seems neglectful and put me at risk of missing the window I was supposed to take the med. I am currently still waiting to hear back from my doctor's office to request the change and am not sure if I will even get it in time considering the other pharmacy in the area closes soon.

Definitely an F minus. The pharmacy is extremely dysfunctional. Short staffing leads to extremely long lines in the drive through and inside. The staff is short with patients and short on patience. The staff runs around like they are always 2 steps behind. SEVERAL times my prescriptions are on back order lost or unavailable. Something needs to be done to bring this staff up to satisfactory standards. The excuse of being short handed can only last so long. Some of us rely on our medication and can not be delayed due to a poorly managed pharmacy.

Horrible vaccination appt experience. Shot sign in and pick up were same line. Despite making appt stood for 30 min only to be told they couldn't process my insurance. Let alone filled out pre-screening and none of the info showed up at the counter. What a waste of time

Horrible service here. Girl at checkout refuses to talk to anyone, not one single word. Super slow, there was a line at photos and no one would help them. Everyone, 6 customers finally just walked out.

Upon entering the store there is a display of Body Armor sports drinks with coupons attached for $1 off 2 bottles. There were 9 coupons so I got 18 drinks . First the cashier told me the coupons were expired and I asked why they were still hanging on bottlenecks then. So he rang up my drinks and said he could only allow me to use 4 coupons. So I said then I only wanted 8 drinks. He had to call for the manager Dale 3 times to do override. 2 weeks earlier I bought 36 drinks with 18 of same coupons. Not at all impressed with their customer service and pretty sure NM law doesn't permit limits on number of sale items. Fortunately there are several other Walgreens competitors like CVS and Wal-Mart in the area.

This pharmacy and staff need attitude adjustment. What's the point of getting a text saying your prescription is ready after one pm. I get there at 3 pm , wait 20 mins in line to then get told my scripts aren't ready. This location is a joke. The store employees don't honor the "I See 3 " policy at all. I asked a manager to help out the new cashier and was completely ignored. Spend your money else where!

My one year old daughter has a bad ear infection and hives urgent care sent walgreen pharmacy her antibiotic prescription I called two times and they told me they would call me when medication was ready, they never did by the time I went to the store it was close, my baby had to sleep with a ear infection and hives all due to this pharmacy unprofessional!!!!! I am so upset!!!!!!!!! Will be changing pharmacy!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP! Had to call in after 5 minutes of waiting in 90 degree heat (glad I did, they hadn't checked app at all - unaware of my arrival.) Don't even bother asking her name as she "supervises" a new employee - she's too busy texting on her phone! Oh, unless she's demanding I get out of my car to open the trunk! (That cancels benefit of curbside pickup for someone with a lung disorder!) Got to be the worst experience I've ever had with ANYONE in the customer service industry. God help she break a nail texting - she'll file a Workers' Comp. claim!) Keep scraping the bottom of the barrel to come up with other "entitled" employees Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been. Rude staff. Scheduled vaccine 35 minutes I'm still waiting. Left went to CBS appoint took 5 minutes.
