Cannot get anyone to pick up in the pharmacy for a prescription refill update. The automated AI answering service is useless and can’t help. Had to transfer my prescription to a different Walgreens- this one doesn’t have anyone working.

Don’t visit at night. Tall, grey haired employee with thick, black framed glasses always makes unnecessary eye contact from afar, stands too close, and functions on ‘flirt first and wait for rejection.’

I made an appointment for a Covid & Flu testing today at 7AM. The appointment was for 2:30PM. My husband has not been feeling well. We drove for literally nothing! We got there and the cashier at the pharmacy desk said they were not able to do the testing because they didn’t have the materials to do so. Then why have this location online for the testing?! Makes no sense. The pharmacist said if I would like him to call another Walgreens on coors to see if they were able to do the testing. They had us wait in the chairs for about 15min-20min. They ignored us the whole time, we left! We ended up purchasing a Pedialyte & sprite.

I get that it's a Walgreens, and no one WANTS to work there, but if you are, I'd expect you to at least attempt giving a crap about anything. Manager with bad eyebrows was abysmal to deal with.

I swear that Walgreens pharmacists go out of their way to "accidentally" not refill prescriptions. Over 10 times this year.

I'm trying to get ahold of the pharmacy to speak with a pharmacist and I've literally been on hold for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. I keep getting a ring tone then continue to be placed on hold without any acknowledgement of this phone call. Completely unprofessional. I called the Eubank & Central location earlier and was assisted within the 1st minute of my call. This pharmacy location needs to get it together. The quality of service has really declined in the past few years. Very disappointed as a long time returning customer.

Do NOT order your prescriptions here. They forgot about my second medication and then CLOSED their pharmacy within the one minute it took me to check to make sure my medicines were there. Then refused to give me my medication and told me to come the next day.

Made an appointment online to have a rapid Covid and flu test done. Showed up for my appointment and was told that they don’t do those tests at that location. What is the point of making the appointment and taking the time to drive there if you can’t even get the test you were scheduled for? Ridiculous.
