The employees are rude!!!
I work hard everyday doing body work for cars and I get off work to this new employee refusing me service because I have oil on my id! My id is dirty because where I work that's not my fault they made me feel so bad I didn't even get a word in I left as the asked but I recorded everything in my defense I don't want nobody to get fire I just wish people didn't make company's look bad because how they feel

Knowing how poorly managed Walgreens is, we called ahead to ensure they did passport photos. The confirmed and we drove over only to be told that they do passport photos but will not due to staffing.(Same person from the phone call)

Excellent customer service!! I was able to transfer my prescription quickly and pick up same day. I picked up last minute items while shopping and, as usual, got way too much- out of nowhere a manager appears (Brett) and carries everything to my car for me! I have not received customer service like that in forever! I will absolutely return and I applaude Walgreens for such high standards of customer service! Amazing 👏

Even when prescriptions are requested days ahead of time, I've had to wait in a chair for them to only fill a partial. I don't think I've ever had an experience with them where I just walked in and picked up a medication. Changing my pharmacy.

The store itself is in a bad area. Lots of shoplifting & theft. Many break-ins over the years. It was rare to not see someone either stealing or being walked out grabbing things on the way out screaming, "Don't touch me". Now they sadly have to resort to lots of full time security.
The pharmacy, which is it's primary function, is only pharmacy in the area and is overwhelmed with lengthy lines. Prepare to spend a minimum of a half hour in line. Its not the fault of the pharmacy, but the system.

My gf cut her hand on a shelf that wasn't properly done...her hand bleeding in the store and all the people cared about was the shelf. I asked for a bandaid and was originally told I need to purchase a first aid kit for something THEIR store did. The lack of help or even acknowledgment of it is absolutely astounding.

This Walgreens turned away my friend because they wouldn’t produce an ID at checkout… for buying a box of Twix and an Arizona Ice Tea. With their mother’s credit card. They didn’t have their ID on them just straight up got turned away because “ID needs to match the name on the card”. I have NEVER heard of this happening anywhere else. For some college student’s SNACKS? Ridiculous.

I was given someone else's medication which was a controlled substance. A violation of HIPPA since I got their name address and medication. Then when I confronted them they brushed it off.

I can see why this location has such a low score. It’s like the Walgreens that god forgot with the security and almost everything in the store being locked. But what particularly irked me is how long I had to wait in a store with only one other customer and two associates working. At least she apologized but what I experienced here was woeful disorganization.
