I’m so tired of being hassled by homeless people every time I enter and leave this store. It’s frustrating that almost everything is locked behind glass, and even worse, half the items are constantly out of stock. On top of that, I personally witness shoplifting during the majority of my visits! While the employees do their best, Walgreens seriously needs to step up and invest more in their staff and stores to create a safer, more functional shopping experience.

The deodorant and other self care items were all locked up behind glass. When I asked to smell some of the deodorants - the entire reason I came in - the employee acted hassled she was asked to help a customer. Very inconvenient; I’ll just shop elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! I cancelled my wife’s med twice and when she went to pick other medications they charged her for ones I cancelled. Also everyone we dealt with in the pharmacy was RUDE and act like customers are an inconvenience. I don’t like to write reviews but this was over the top of ridiculous.

The pharmacist on duty at the Walgreens On San Pedro was really rude when I called to try to get my prescription filled cause I had a procedure this morning. I think this is the worst pharmacy to ever go to. They’re slow and rude. Don’t answer the phone stand in line for minutes on end for a prescription.

I was glad to hear that the young ladies at the pharmacy counter didn't lose their jobs when the Menaul/Carlisle store closed but l couldn't care less about the pharmacists they were usually really rude. The store on San Pedro has taken over my prescriptions, now THIS store won't even answer their phone. I've spent a little over 42 minutes on hold trying to reach pharmacist, Just An Answering Machine!!!

I just changed to this pharmacy and I asked if an Rx could be transferred, because the Walgreens that I usually use, is closing. I was told that they would and then didn't hear anything back. So I figured I'd call to check on it or have them start it since there's nothing even pending. I tried calling the store for ALMOST AN HOUR. and it kept hanging up on me. The fact that the AUTOMATED system sounds like a 100 year old house phone about to deteriorate, and then HANGS UP on you is EXTREMELY frustrating as well as unprofessional. So unfortunately I will have to drive there to actually talk to someone. Walgreens can save their employees, from having mad customers driving there, by just fixing the phone system. Have more respect for your employees and customers.

The pharmacy at this location is awful - always understaffed, ill-prepared and obviously trying to get out of work as soon as possible. They literally shut the blinds in my face so they could close by 6pm. Awful.

I have gotten my prescriptions here for years and years. Within the past 1-2 years I have had nothing but mix ups, missed prescriptions, and frequent closures. Went to the emergency room last night, and they still had this pharmacy as my main one. And since the PHARMACY is closed on Sundays I have no access to my medications. Only 1 of 4 was able to be transferred to another Walgreens. I want nothing to do with this pharmacy 👎🏻

For the second time the photo department did not have my photos. They don't call or let me know. I show up and Daniel, the night manager says, I don't have what you ordered. You'll have to reorder something else online. What kind of service is that!?

Went to this location to find a Deet product. Asked an unhelpful employee to direct me to its location. Found it in a locked cabinet. Now! You want me to find another employee to unlock the cabinet? This employee should have followed me, knowing it was locked. Went to Big 5! Directed me the product and showed me the exposed shelf it was on!
You’ll go out of business if this is your level of customer service.

They sold my wife’s prescription to another customer last week! Today @ 4:00pm they called my wife to tell her a prescription that is a controlled substance won’t be in until the 17th, yet you can’t get them early. Today was the day the refill could happen, they can’t transfer the prescription to another one of THEIR STORES! Try calling your doctors office @ 4:00 pm on a Friday & see if that can be accomplished, NOT! Way to go Walgreens!

Got there 5 min before they went ot lunch was a car in front of me and pharmacy worker told me they were closed at 1:27pm they had three min still tell they closed for lunch and turned me away.

I had a new medication and had some concerns about it. A Pharmacist that was off duty and leaving, stopped to go over my concerns. Gave me the time that I needed and I felt comfortable when I left. Clerks at front have always been helpful and respectful. Store, like most in albuquerque, has problems with shoplifters and homeless but since they do not sell alcohol it is not a serious issue. Not being open on Sundays is not ideal but prior planning goes along way these days at this and other businesses . We have to get use to the new normal.
