If I could give it zero I would .. sianna was so rude …. When you call , your placed on hold and they continue to place you on hold without even answer the phone . They pick up then place you on hold again . Ridiculous how rude people are anymore .

Every time a prescription is called, it's never ready. I'm now on day three without the medication and I still have not received a text message saying the medicine is ready I called last night and she promised me it would be ready this morning with a note on my file. Every time my doctor calls for me to go pick up my prescription on a certain date, Walgreens steps in and thinks they know better even though they don't know me at all as a patient and tells me that I can't get my medication and I have to wait. I then wait and run out of medication and they still don't have the medication ready. When this type of stuff keeps people sober and keeps people from overdosing, playing with someone's medication on a weekly basis is more than unprofessional and I guarantee you causes more harm than not.

The pharmacy techs are incredibly slow, inefficient, and are slightly rude. Will not be doing business here again.

This by far is now my favorite Walgreens in town. Since the moment I arrived I was greeted by the clerk at the front. They had so much sales going on and most of the items I needed were locked up and thus I was constantly needing assistance from them to open the drawers. They were so patient and did not bother to assist me. I was content with my entire purchase and experience. The store overall was neatly organized and clean.

This has been the most humiliating experience ever! I picked up 2 prescriptions a liquid syrup, and a second of 10 pills. I was sent to another pharmacy to pick up the third prescription each location I had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for my order when I got home, I made myself some lunch and proceeded to take my medication upon removing the cough medication, the bag was soaked. Gluing me in the cap was not sealed properly when I opened the pills There was a wet substance impacting two of the pills. I’m not sure what it was. It was not sticky. I called the pharmacy just to be scolded by the person that took my call. I do realize the importance of gaining details, etc. although if you look at my chart I don’t have any medication’s listed for myself ever because I do not take them unless I get prescribe some thing if I’m very sick which is very rare.The young lady proceeded to want to argue with me and tell me that this has never happened in the history of Walgreens, and that I must have done something to these prescriptions! I could see if I was attempting to gain narcotics or a controlled substance, but that wasn’t even the case This is far from that! Our customer service in most of our facilities is the worst. I have contacted my physician to inform them of what took place they were concerned that the pills were wet, but not sticky and who knows what was inside that got the pills wet… a lesson to the young people that answer the phone stop thinking that you are not capable of making errors because all of us make errors so just to enlighten you the cough syrup was not sealed properly, so maybe you guys can check your stuff moving forward I will be filing a complaint with the manager

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have interacted with. Not only did they given me my prescription in SOMEONE ELSES pill bottle (I have proof) but please note that this Walgreens DOES NOT COVER 90 DAY SUPPLY. Knowing they can't fill a 90 day prescription would have saved me weeks/months worth of waiting and grief- no one said anything.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy in Albuquerque! Pharmacist is the worst!I witnessed female pharmacist deny vaccines to elderly man for questioning and wanting clarification on vaccines. Witnessed customers being told to return because they did not have inventory. Never answer their phone in a timely manner. Wait time is atrocious on the phone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy and my mom said she had the same experience. Impossible to get through to anyone and nowhere near ready with script on time.

Pharmacy staff are incompetent, I spoke to them regarding my prescription and verified the meds and they still gave wrong dose. It's crazy to think that there is no accountability. I should of looked at the meds however after speaking to the staff I would figure it was correct. Very HORRIBLE customer w-pharmacy.

I have never been treated as poorly at any business as I have by the staff at this Walgreens. I scheduled an appointment for a PCR test and followed the instructions emailed to me to go inside the store to check in at the testing counter. There was no testing counter so I waited in line for ten minutes to check in. The woman at the counter then tried to discourage me from taking the test by asking me, "you really want to pay $128 for this?" I said yes because I needed it for work travel and was already aware of the cost. She then told me that I had to go get in the drive thru line. When I informed her that that's not the appointment I made or the instructions I was given, she pointed to the drive through window so I left and got in the drive thru line. 15 minutes later, it was my turn at the drive thru window and the woman there told me my test needed to be taken inside the store. I pointed at the other woman who told me to get in the drive thru and said she told me to get in this line outside. I was upset at this point and then she said she was going to refuse service to me if I was going to raise my voice. I calmly informed her I needed this test done and just to figure out what I needed to do. At this point the woman inside who gave me the wrong information came over and closed the curtain to the drive thru window. I was so shaken up but the fact that they were gaslighting me and then threatened me when I showed emotional distress. I will never return to any Walgreens location ever again. I hope the staff here live the lives they deserve.

Francisco had amazing customer service. He was very aware of everything going on in the store including his employees. I have definitely seen a change with this store recently and I am so happy ? I will definitely be doing my shopping at this location from now on. THANK YOU AGAIN FRANCISCO!!!!

This is us waiting in the parking lot he loves the dog biscuits he gets from the pharmacy. This place has been my pharmacy for many years now and the customer service is very good. They have done better about the homelessness issues. Overall safe place to pick up my medication. If I have any other needs that can be taken care of like Western Union or photos. Thank you for being there for your customer ?

Pharmacy is a joke. Been waiting a week for a medicine for my infant son and when it finally comes they take over 20 minutes to even come up to the window. Blonde girl with white Jack and brown haired girl in blue just talking and sitting around with the other male. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate until these issues get fixed
