You will get more respect from the prison system than you will from this pharmacy. Disrespectful, rude, will leave you on hold 45+ min with no one at the pharmacy. Are these pharmacists forced to work or did they apply for this job?

Stopped by last night and asked an employee who was walking by who obviously wasn't busy for some help, and she refused. She had a bad attitude and looked and smelt intoxicated. Was later told by the cashier the woman was a manager named Christy. This store is really going downhill. In the morning there's only 1 cashier when there are obviously more employees down the aisles talking to one another. At night all the employees seem to be drunk or on drugs. There's never anyone available to help. Employees will see customers in line and leave us waiting for a while and eventually send people to liquor.

Why are the ladies in the pharmacy always so rude and disrespectful here it’s the only Walgreens that they have ever been so rude the guy working is always super nice but there’s one girl who’s just so rude every time. I specifically stopped going to this location for while because the service at the pharmacy and it had nothing to do with the wait but your female employees

Even though location as close to my house I remember why I dislike the Walgreens pharmacist . She is very cold and heartless .She is very rude and she does not have any customer service to her patience! I called to ask a simple question and she assumed I talked to her earlier this morning and gave me an attitude . Every patient different and not everyone is calling you for the exact same question. So weird . Take the time to at least get my name down before framing me to be someone I’m not!

The automated customer service needs to be checked out or just taken off completely. It has been numerous times that I have had prescriptions placed at this establishment and when calling to confirm it is ready, it always says I have nothing. Then, when you try and talk to a real person, it says there are more than 3 people ahead of you and you never reach anyone. Please update or remove this feature.

This female that is working over at this pharmacy is always very rude and disrespectful. Anytime I've ever spoken to her. I feel at this point that this lady needs to find another job. She is not happy there obviously. I wish management would take the initiative to speak with her about how she treats the customers that pay her bills. I really do hope that this changes.Or i'm just gonna have to find another pharmacy. There are a few that do work at this location that I have spoken to that are very friendly and kind but this one particular lady, which I do not have a name yet, is always treating customers this way. Both males and a younger female have great customer service. I will update when I get this lady's name if I am able to put that on this review.

My fiance had to make a return of some markers and couple other items she had literally bought the day before the staff were very unpleasant and in the end would ONLY do store credit and not refund then they wouldnt help her at all without ID it was embarrassing and frankly uncalled for.

This place sucks. You cater to the dope heads on the street. Your employees are rude to everyone. You don't allow paying customers that are not dope heads to use the restrooms. This is the worst walgreens in abq.

I needed assistance in finding an item, Store cashiers are extremely rude, told me to find someone working the floor, I asked if she could page someone to meet me, she said “no, they are all on lunch”. If they were all at lunch then why did she tell me to go look for someone on the sales floor to help me? I will not be back to this store and will be passing the word to everyone I can about my TERRIBLE experience and EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE I experienced. Take this as a warning don’t visit this location.remember you were warned.
I then drove to Walgreens at 8400 Montgomery and Wyoming, EXCELLENT service from a young man who went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Visit this location if you want FRIENDLY customer service.

I went to the pharmacy and waited several minutes for them to talk to me. Then I got to the front after patiently waiting and they refused to help me find a product and refused to call the store to have them help me find a product they just kept on telling me it was over there, I just found it to be fairly useless customer service .

I will never shop here again because they will not let their customers use a restroom. They do not care about customer service. Therefore I am taking my business to their competitor CVS which has a bathroom they let me use.

DO NOT DO THE DELIVERY!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!! I am 9 months pregnant with a respiratory infection that I need antibiotics for and paid online to get them delivered! They took the money out of my account. The store is claiming I NEVER PAID and that there is no card on my account! The online people are saying it's an in store issue but the tech I talked to was beyond rude and had absolutely no help! They are saying I need to contact my bank! This is disgusting and a HUGE SCAM!!!! I will have to DOUBLE PAY if I want to get my prescription!!!!
