The pharmacy tech, Jonah, was such a lifesaver for me! After losing my job and health insurance, I was really worried about affording antibiotics. Jonah not only provided me with the information I needed but also helped me find coupons to make the medication more affordable. He was so kind, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging time.

I called and one of the pharmacist that’s a female was so rude to me over the phone.. I asked if they had a needle that I need and she told me I had to have a prescription to get one or by a box because they don’t sell them individually which I’ve bought one before there

Photo center line was closed no sign to indicate that I had to follow the main line. Rather than saying that I need to follow another line the rude guy in the pony tail told me that I need to follow the other line like everybody else and walked away leaving his other cashier to manage both front and photo center alone. He didn't need to be that standoffish for no reason.

Compassion is a very rare occurrence if, at all, especially at this locations drug counter. Strict unbending corporate rules overrule the scarce availability of concern and empathy for you, the consumer. Stand in long lines and wait your turn to be insulted and genuinely disappointed.

The worst pharmacy customer service. They refused to fill out paperwork for my insurance. Standard paperwork. Another walgreens did it after this pharmacy wasted my entire day.

Went in around 10:30 and the security guard was extremely rude and followed my girlfriend and I around the store making us feel uncomfortable and when I confronted him he responded by cussing at me and got in my face like he was going to do something but of course all he did was throw a bunch of empty threats and racist rants never going back to that place I'm sure if I try and file a complaint it won't go anywhere

The cashier displayed laziness and rudeness when, despite having sufficient funds, he falsely claimed our card had no money. It's unclear if he lacked competence with the cash register or had malicious intentions, but we're now forced to replace our card due to his actions.
