Horrible experience with photo center and manager Nathan, rude not helpful didn’t even want to look for my order Only to insist he look for more parts to my order and discover there were two more packages for me that he didn’t even tell me. I had paid already and would have never known if I hadn’t insisted he look for it. No apology nothing he didn’t care and made me feel like I was the problem

Made appointment for vaccines, staff was unfriendly at arrival and asked us to sit, we were the only people in the lobby, we waited 15 minutes, and when I asked how much longer it would be I was told another 10 to 15 minutes. And this is with an appointment, consent paperwork filled, and no one in the lobby. But the worst part was how we were not greeted and were ignored. We went to Albertson's with no appointment and they were terrific. Walgreens in the South Valley is great too. If Walgreens cannot properly staff this Walgreens they need to not offer vaccines. We walked out with our son and will not go back.

Rx delayed. When ready, waited in line for 30 min. Then filled only for part and did not even tell me. When I returned to inquire, they essentially blew me off. Switching my Rxs to Costco.

This used to be a pretty good store, however, this past year the pharmacy will close on short notice, automatic renewal of medications does not always work, staff turnover seems to be high, drive through is sometimes closed due to staffing issues, etc. Some of the people I know that work there are hard workers and really care about their customers, however, something has happened to the management of this store. I'm still using this pharmacy but I am beginning to look for another pharmacy besides Walgreens...sad.

Terrible pharmacy! Medications are never in stock, they randomly close during normal business hours and won't tell you when they might be open again, drive through takes way longer than other locations, and you constantly have to call them to check up on your meds. If you don't, they won't get filled. Avoid this pharmacy if you can and go to another location.

Google always pops up this Walgreens location for a FedEx drop.. I'd rather drive farther for one, I've gone in twice to drop off, no customer service! This second time was the worst.. there were two associates standing near the chekout, niether greeted me and I stood near the photo counter for a while with No help. So I walked over to check out and asked what time FedEx stops by to pick up.. my response "ugh, Im not to sure, they come and go without saying a thing". She then proceeds to start talking to the other associate like I'm not still standing there wondering if she's going to go check. Well thanks for the Help!! I won't be coming back!

I was bounced around 3 different Walgreens for 6 hours, just trying to get my mood stabilizers. They were rude, incompetent, disrespectful to me, and one of the head pharmacists laughed in my face. Do not go to tramway and Indian school, Montgomery and San Mateo, or this one. They don’t care about whether or not you get your medications (even your live saving ones)

Not sure of the name of the gentlemen working in the pharmacy but he was absolutely patient, professional and friendly. He had a line and worked through it as fast and efficient as he could. I was impressed . Wish I had caught his name he was working the register around 3pm .

I used to love this Walgreens, I've been going for years, but it has gotten so shady. Women should be able to run to the store without feeling scared, they need to hire a security guard.
