the pharmacy here is horrible. they take an unreasonable amount of time. every time i go to get my prescription i wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour. even if there is only 2 cars in front of you, you’re screwed. it’s just ridiculous.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I have had so many issues here. I haven’t changed because it’s been my local pharmacy, however I have had enough. The pharmacist is rude and condescending his name is Aaron. I have been told by this person that the medication I’m currently on that I have picked up from HIS location is not on my file and that I have never had it. I’ve been called to pick up my prescription only to find out that it’s not ready or that it’s back ordered. Stay away from this place, save your time and money.

I had a very negative experience at this Walgreens. I stopped by to pick up a prescription and was assured it could be filled before the pharmacy closed for lunch, so I waited for 30 minutes. Just before closing, they informed me it wouldn’t be ready until after lunch. When I returned later in the day, I had to wait nearly another 30 minutes in line. I’ll definitely be switching back to CVS moving forward—I only chose this location because it used to be open 24/7.

Called in a day ago to pick up a refill for an albuterol inhaler. The pharmacy said it was billed incorrectly so they couldn't give me my medication that was supposed to be ready for pick up and if I wanted it I would have to wait until the next day because they were busy. Horrible pharmacy. Won't be going back again.

Never left a review in my life but this is crazy to me: Fine as a store, horrible as a pharmacy. Imagine booking and appointment, coming early, checking in.. and still waiting over an hour going on two to get seen. But get this, you’re the only person in the line for the vaccinations for the whole hour… everyone that comes through is for the pharmacy window. Not until an hour in does someone else come to join the pointless wait. Window tells them “it’ll be an hour because no appointment was made”… so is it 2hrs because an appointment was made?🤣 Just send an email at booking that says to come 3 hours past the scheduled time to get the shots when you get there. Appointment at 3:20pm & I got a notification at 4:29pm that the appointment has been cancelled. Mind you I “checked in” 4 times since sitting here to make sure it went through & it says “ We will call your name when ready” each time. No way.

No longer 24 hours, they close at 11:00pm. Probably doesn't make much difference being that their pharmacy started closing early and their shelves are always bare, never stocked. The few items that they do have are locked, which I get with all the scum that steals everything everywhere in this city, but they ignore the call for assistance to unlock items most of the time anyway.

It’s a good atmosphere it sucks many products are locked and have to wait awhile sometimes to get what you need due to staffing. Pharmacy closes way too early and that has usually been my main reason of this being my go to but no longer 24/7 pharmacy.

I just went to this Walgreens and thought it was 24 hours, but apparently it isn’t because the front gate was closed. Kinda disappointed because google lied about the hours, but I’m not angry.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. These technicians are dealing with medication prescriptions and they are continuously giving not only me, but OTHER PEOPLE the wrong prescription. They need to hire more detail oriented technicians or at the least make sure they go to school for it FIRST and then hire them on. This field is not for interning first and then earning a certificate. The newer “technicians” and apparently the only pharmacist running the entire pharmacy were extremely unprofessional and could care less how they treat their customers and above all their patients. If you’re considering this pharmacy, just know you will be waiting 45 min in the drive thru - only to be given the WRONG prescription and charged the WRONG price, and then have to go in and wait in an area where there are sick people coughing and sneezing everywhere JUST TO PICK UP THE CORRECT PRESCRIPTION. Save your time and your money, and go elsewhere. I’m sure anywhere but here is FARRRRR better and likely more empathetic towards their customers.
