  Went through the drive thru pharmacy two weeks ago. The kid working the window was almost ten minutes late opening the window after lunch. He was obviously in a bad mood, being very short with me (I was the second car in line). I have two insurances on file. When he told me I owed $6-something (for a partial fill) I told him my secondary insurance always picks that up, so I asked if he could please rerun it. He walked away and immediately walked back and said my insurance isn't paying. I'm not an arguer - I see too many people arguing and yelling at people in customer service - it's awful. So, I paid and left. I'm now late refilling a med for my anxiety & depression because this kid made me feel so shitty. I just transferred everything to this pharmacy because we moved - should I transfer again to someplace further 😓
  Today I couldn't take it any longer. I went into the store in stead (good thing because that kid was at the window again). The young man working the counter was having his own issues, I overheard him sounding a little down.. about whatever. But, when he saw me he came to help. He filled what was missing and I also told him about the issue with my insurance, he checked it and said it was working fine and the balance was $0.
  Thank you to him for helping me, not sure what I did to deserve the previous treatment but obviously it's best to go inside of you have any needs at the pharmacy at this location.
  But, maybe next time don't announce that someone got something for colonoscopy prep... One day you might also have internal bleeding and it's not fun to have your business announced... Youth.. 🤷🏻‍♀️☺️

  Pharmacist (Elaine) was rude, did not listen to my concern. She cut me off and told me to go instead the store, because it was inconvenient for her. Did not review my pickup, thus did not complete order.

  I ordered my save the dates for my wedding, with the photo department. Pretty important you’d think, right? When I got them back the first time, they were cut off and blown up so terribly. I went back in and proceeded to stand there for AN HOUR while they “figured it out.” The lady told me to take a screenshot and upload it that way so she could crop the border right. I told her I was concerned about what this would do to the quality of my picture and she assured me it was fine. It was not fine. I got my photos back after she “fixed” them, standing there for an hour, with the most blurry, crap quality I’ve ever seen, and at that point I had absolutely no patience left to try and get them fixed, AGAIN. I will NEVER use Walgreens again, for literally anything, and will be asking for a full refund, over the phone ideally because I can’t deal with these people again.

  Worst Walgreens ever. Ordered photos I need.Many hours go by I try to call and it takes 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone then they tell me the photo machine is down. Did you ever think to let me know that? I’ve ordered from Walgreens many times and every other location has called me and said the machine is down. She just says “maybe it’ll work tomorrow idk” lol worst

  Terrible , never have medication in stock and then have attitude with you for wanting your meds. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered insulin and was told it would be ready, I got to pick it up and there is none in stock and won’t be for a week or longer. Just recently they told me they were out of my insulin, they then proceeded to have me call every location in the city myself to track it down instead of doing their job. Don’t use this place.

  I had slammed my finger in a car door heading to an appt and broke my nail way below the nail bed and needed clippers and something to clean it with the lady in cosmetics was so kind helped me get everything i needed and rang me up. I dont come here often but this visit was wonderful

  I showed up right when the associate was at the door and he wouldn’t let me in for one thing— butter. He told me to find somewhere else and literally everything else is closed. Had to go home empty handed on freakin Christmas because dude wouldn't keep the store open for 30 more seconds. I rushed all the way there and would’ve made it before 6, on the dot, had I not hit some red lights.. just felt so inconsiderate. Smh

  We arrived late for our seasonal boosters. The pharmacist was very helpful and got us good discounts for the injections. The shots were done quickly and without pain. Then they gave us Walgreens discount coupons, too. What more could we ask for?
