"OUT TO LUNCH" This pharmacy has gone DOWNHILL. So sad to see. Often out of my medication (which may or may not be their fault - but it is a common medication), they don't have prescriptions ready sometimes three days after receiving the Dr. script and worst of all they actually put the WRONG medication in to the bottle with a label for a different medication. Lastly, OUT TO LUNCH. At a moment in the day when people try to pick up prescriptions at lunch.. The are also gone. The best known pharmacy in the United States is... OUT TO LUNCH. No doubt.

Got to Walgreens to get some pain medicine after oral surgery, I pulled into the drive through I sat there 15 minutes and not one car moved in front of me I was #6 in line. I decided to leave. I rather deal with my physical pain than sitting in a line that never moves. I absolutely HATE Walgreens time to switch to CVS

The pharmacy customer service is non-existent. A guy named Jude has never even used the computer to look up something I've done myself on the app. He doesn't even try. Then when I call whomever answers the phone always puts me on hold several times leading to being on hold for up to half an hour sometimes. They don't even say can you please hold, they just pick up and put me on hold with no explanation.
Please get these people more help. Or have a manager there to help.

Inconvenient customer service 5/14/24 1:35 pm. Couldnt acknowledge what i was asking her. No eye to eye contact. If i give my upbest customer service at my job i expect the same in return.

If i could i would’ve returned everything i had bought but sadly i needed some of the items however to be followed and harrassed by there security guard is disgusting i literally work down the block from this place never been treated worse also messed up because ive been going to this walgreens with my family for years. Have the decency to have some respect towards the paying customers and higher better security then a racist old man you guys can do better its not that hard

The pharmacy staff's customer service is so poor at the coors and sequoia location compared to the other walgreen locations. They do not take the time to help . From now on will transfer all my prescription to another location.

I use to like Walgreens... now without signing up for rewards. You do not get the reduced price... how upside down everything has become. It was reduced to be moved off of the shelf but that can only be for certain individuals?

This Walgreens Store is my go to home store. The Manager Veronica is always very cordial, friendly, and enthusiastic. All the other store associates and pharmacy employees are always very nice, professional, fast, and efficient too.

The store is awful. I've had many issues here. The restrooms are always supposedly broken even when you're professionally dressed and clearly not homeless or a druggie... Even if you are a purchasing customer they will not let you use the restroom.I will never shop at this location for anything ever again.

I was first in line for the pharmacy no other callers ahead of me. I was put on hold for 45 minutes over and over until a woman answered and said she couldn’t hear me. She then told me she was “trying to get to the phones now” where were you the past 45 minutes? customer service had gone downhill lately, Walgreens and the pharmacy should be ashamed. And these are the people that handle our medications? Pitiful…
