They will push out the amount of time it takes for your prescription to be ready every single time you go until you are absolutely out of your medication then all of the sudden they have it ready to go. God luck trying to call because they will keep you on hold for an hour and say two people are ahead of you but when it’s your turn the hold music stops and it rings then they HANG UP THE PHONE and you have to start all over again for the exact same thing to happen. I sick of this place! IT SUCKS!!! I’m switching pharmacies the second my insurance gives me the ok.

EXPIRED ALCOHOL! Just purchased a boxed wine tonight a Pinot Grigio and as I get home and pour the wine I notice the color is off and the smell. I check the expiration date which is June 13! 2 month expired. Absolutely dangerous and I will never go there again. Not even to mention any other issues which there were but this is the most shocking thing I’ve seen in a long time.

Easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, don’t communicate with you, will hang up the phone on you. Just terrible terrible service. I think if you let the crackheads outside run it, it may actually run better

This location allows panhandle to walk up to your vehicle (when you are here as a customer,no less, )knock on the window and panhandle, as well as standing by the stores doors and walls or following you out of the store to your car.. Ridiculous situation. Also some mornings the smell of urine is extremely strong near the west wall

Be wary buying beer from this location, it's most likely expired and funky and trying to return it is practically impossible. The current management is very rude and she hangs up on you mid-conversation.. 100% satisfaction guarantee my.... Don't waste your money here.
Go to Total Wine where quality and costumer care is top priority.

The Walgreens here occupies a rather questional area of the city, making visits slightly uncomfortable, especially after dark. While the store maintains a standard selection of pharmacy essentials, groceries, and personal care items, the atmosphere and exterior could benefit from enhanced security measures and maintenance. Customer service is mediocre at best, with staff seldom going beyond the basic necessities, resulting in a rather impersonal shopping experience. Wait times are average. While it does provide all the essentials, this Walgreens could certainly improve in terms of location safety and customer engagement.

Seems like Pharmacy closes a lot. When they are open, it can take 50 for them to answer the phone. Going to transfer my prescription. Very unhappy with them for the past year.

I was very disappointed when I showed up to Walgreens at 7 PM for a pick up of a prescription for an antibiotic. There was a sign on the shutters that said they would be closed because they had no pharmacist to work the night shift. This location is always bad about answering the phone when there are enough employees there. I showed up the next day to pick up my script. There were two employees and a pharmacist there after standing there at the counter with no one in front of me for 3 to 4 minutes. I finally asked if the counter was open for Service The pharmacist ignored me, and the employee that was busy at the drive-through said she would be right with me while the other employee was off doing something next to the pharmacist. I know it's hard to get good service at most places, but you can take a couple of seconds out of your time to assure the customer that you see them and that you will be right with them. When you are not acknowledged as a customer, it tells the customer that their business is not appreciated. I hope Walgreens can get their pharmacy staffed and or cover shifts that need to be covered with a pharmacist from another location so that patients needing a script don't end up having to suffer and wait till the next business day.

BE AWARE!!! This is the worst place to pick up your prescriptions!! You are first met with incompetence. Once they re-enter your birthday and verify your last name for the fifth time you are met with aggressive behavior. I’d rather die from not having medication then visit this Walgreens again!
