I was very disappointed when I showed up to Walgreens at 7 PM for a pick up of a prescription for an antibiotic. There was a sign on the shutters that said they would be closed because they had no pharmacist to work the night shift. This location is always bad about answering the phone when there are enough employees there. I showed up the next day to pick up my script. There were two employees and a pharmacist there after standing there at the counter with no one in front of me for 3 to 4 minutes. I finally asked if the counter was open for Service The pharmacist ignored me, and the employee that was busy at the drive-through said she would be right with me while the other employee was off doing something next to the pharmacist. I know it's hard to get good service at most places, but you can take a couple of seconds out of your time to assure the customer that you see them and that you will be right with them. When you are not acknowledged as a customer, it tells the customer that their business is not appreciated. I hope Walgreens can get their pharmacy staffed and or cover shifts that need to be covered with a pharmacist from another location so that patients needing a script don't end up having to suffer and wait till the next business day.

BE AWARE!!! This is the worst place to pick up your prescriptions!! You are first met with incompetence. Once they re-enter your birthday and verify your last name for the fifth time you are met with aggressive behavior. I’d rather die from not having medication then visit this Walgreens again!

Sons of suptm, I have been waiting in line for 1 hour to be attended to and my turn comes and they just make noise on the phone and hang up on me as if nothing had happened, they think that one has the time in the world to wait until they want to answer, they are being serious !!! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I was needing my medicine from pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes saying there was one person ahead of me. Then was hung up on. Then called back and had to wait another 40 minutes with three people ahead of me. Tried talking to somebody when I was finally answered. I asked for the "Manager" who was less than professional. She made it as if it was the patients fault because they don't have staff. I have herd this pharmacy was not a great place and didn't listen because beforehand I had great service. Now I understand that it's not the best place to go. I know better now because it's the patients fault for no service smfh

We were at the pharmacy. Frances was doing an amazing job handling all of the chaos. She was running around doing everything, everywhere, all at once. It is clear that there were some new people that needed more training, and that the computer system was adding time and complexity to their jobs. We were there for 2 hours to get shots for the family. The employees in the pharmacy were doing their best. I would highly suggest some extra training in a low- stress situation to get new people up to speed, and for God's sake, please pay these amazing people enough that you don't lose them.

Great experience. I had a question about a service they might provide. Although they didn't provide it, they took the time to look into what options could be done. It really made me feel pleased.

I will never use this pharmacy and do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone for that matter. The pharmacy manager I believe her name is Brandi would not allow me to use goodrx because my prescription was a controlled medication. She initially told me Walgreens doesn’t allow it but when I researched Walgreens corporate policy it said it was up to the pharmacist to allow using goodrx for a controlled medication. I informed the pharmacist of this and she then lied again saying it had to to with the “demographics and population in the area.” She was very judge mental and has no compassion or empathy for patients. I complained to corporate.

Cashiers took the money and hid it. They said it's fake and did not even let me see or touch to figure out how it's fake! It's a change I got from another store I bought groceries from. How do I know it's fake or not? I just put it in my wallet after receiving it from the cashier there. Maybe I need to start checking and record things. So, anyways the rest of the money I gave here was deemed legit and was ok to put in the card but the card did not accept it although she already put the $$$ in the cash register. But guess what? They did not retrieve the money from the register but instead got some from under the counter. Makes me wonder if they have a stash of confiscated money they claimed are fake to scam people. They seem to have quite a stash and I don't know if the money given to me is fake or not as the $100 bill is not the one that I gave. They gave me a bill that was faded and looks kind of like the one they said was fake money???? Goodness, and they act like you're an offender even checking $1 dollar bill. Am not sure if they think I'm a scammer or they are being racist to act the way they did. I get that their place of business is becoming like a ghetto drugstore but I think they need training to recognize if one is a decent person or offenders!!!! To top it off she told me sternly they don't make a note, receipt or certify it's a fake money so I can have a record of things or take it to the store who gave it to me. But, oh no, she said they won't do that and just expected me to accept their word as law and final! Crooks!!!!

I have to fight with the answering machine and call multiple times waiting 20, 30 minutes, often times longer to speak to a human because they just leave people on hold so long that it times out. It hangs up on you at 20 minutes and you have to call back . I will listen to multiple loops of different sets of hold music, ringing, and "we're sorry, all our staff are assisting other customers and will be with you shortly, there are more than 3 callers ahead of you. " It's nigh impossible to get an update on a prescription or talk to someone about getting a prior authorization sent or insurance information updated. It often takes an hour or more to reach a person. The app's updates are unclear and usually don't match what I'm told when I am actually at the pharmacy in person. Their whole system is broken and I don't understand how this pharmacy is still open.

The girl at the window did not even verify that my insurance was updated and charged me for medication that my insurance should have paid for. When brought up, she acted like a child. Changing pharmacies immediately!

I'm done with Walgreens, going in there these days feels like entering a prison market. Everything is locked up, and maybe its just me, but I'm not really interested in flagging down an associate, of which there are not an abundance, to get shampoo for me. In addition, their pharmacy is just not as streamlined as CVS, I always have a problem if a prescription has to be sent to a Walgreens.
