Normally a great pharmacy. Today was treated like an addict because I was prescribed something more than Motrin and Tylenol for pain. I did not ask it and with the associates comment about using this medication with fentanyl, check my records, 1. I am not an addict 2. I’m allergic to fentanyl (which was given after a major surgery). I understand that there is an epidemic of drug abuse but maybe don’t assume! Hand out the precautionary pamphlet and give the don’t drive or use heavy machinery while on this medication warning. Have empathy, be informed and don’t label without all of the information. Do better, be better and treat people with kindness.

I've had consistently poor experiences with one of the female employees at this Walgreens location during the day. Her rudeness makes me feel uncomfortable, especially when I'm shopping for online delivery app customers.Whenever I ask for help or request access to locked items, she responds with attitude and seems annoyed. I try to empathize, understanding that people's behavior can be a reflection of their inner struggles. However, as a customer, it's disappointing to encounter such negativity, especially from someone who appears to be an experienced employee.
As a result, I now avoid shopping at this Walgreens and instead prefer visiting the locations at Golf Course, Unser, and Paradise, which have a much nicer environment and more welcoming staff.

Every time I speak to one of the pharmacist, they are rude abrupt and have attitude. I will probably take my business elsewhere since they want go act like speaking to the customer nicely is the death of them

The workers are rude. Both registers up front were open and a long line of people and as soon as I get up they both throw their register closed signs up and walk away. Not very professional. Then the one in liquor likes to throw merchandise on the counter after they scan it. I know you don’t got much going for you…but quit your job if you hate it that much. Not everybody that goes in there is a bum. Don’t treat everybody like one.

Terrible pharmacy. I get that staffing is an issue, but how can you tell people their prescription will be ready next day by specific time, automated system says it's ready, and then say you don't have it in stock and it'll take a few more days when trying to pick up? Absolute nightmare. Staffs attitude is atrocious, can't imagine how they treat people with serious illnesses.

I walked in witness 3 different people stuffing their bags with items. Reported it. SECURITY is a must. If Walmart has it why not Walgreens. This is why prices are high. There was only one employee working at the cash register while this was going on. Hmm ?

They leave their public bathroom “out of order” all year round, they refuse to fix it so that homeless people won’t use it. Some of us just utilize your pharmacy and would like to have a restroom available.

Always find what i need thanks to staff Brittney and Anthony !! My favorite pair of lashes are only here and each time i come in Anthony is there to help me and because of him i’ve learned my way around the store, whether it’s for over the counter medication or just for snacks! Always been super respectful and kind!!

I've been very patient because this pharmacy is busy. I don't have a car & I'm not within walking distance. So I utilize their free delivery. They now charge $3.99 for 2 day delivery & $5.99 for next day delivery. Not a big deal? I'm a senior citizen on a very limited income. I tried to work out one delivery instead of multiple deliveries each month but they were not very helpful. I called my insurance company, discovered they have a mail order pharmacy with free delivery & they handled the transfers on my behalf. Fast forward to to yesterday;my doc prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. It was ready last night so I opted for the next day delivery. At 4pm I still hadn't received it. I called & the pharmacist who answered was very reluctant to tell me his name & he said it had already been delivered. No text message, no email, no knocking on my door. I checked & it was at my door. Once again, Walgreens service/customer care is the very reason I'm switching!

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years, one of their employees Britney, is always rude, half asleep, and in a bad mood. She doesn’t even say hi when I say hi and always gives dirty looks. So sad especially the world we live in, that you don’t even have to have customer service anymore as a requirement. So disappointed. The least Walgreens can provide is customer service when you have to stand in line and pay while everyone else gets to steal and walk out on the daily. Step it up Britney!
